I received very attentive and friendly service. The room and hallways were clean and had a nice atmosphere. It was enjoyable to see the Japanese garden and Hina dolls (for the Doll Festival).

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the Sunflower Plaza they recommended was truly impressive. You could see countless sunflowers and even the ocean right next to them!

The hotel is decent and has been renovated, but its location is a bit out of the way, making it more convenient for those traveling by car.

Booked two rooms for two adults and two children. The hotel was very clean, and a Japanese breakfast was included, which gave it a lovely family feel. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with taking a family photo. Plus, if you want to book a Liuzhou river cruise, you can reserve it directly at the lobby, and both adults and children get a 100 JPY discount.

Upon check-in, the hotel entrance already displayed my name, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the garden. There was plenty of free parking, making it very convenient. The public bath, however, was a bit small and lacked any views from its windows. The public bath is definitely the hotel's weakest point.
