Facilities: Most amenities are complete. Children get their own toothbrushes and slippers, and there's a vanity mirror for adults. Cleanliness: The hygiene was good; even with a multi-night stay, the cleaning was thorough. Environment: We booked a balcony room with a mountain view. The street below isn't the main thoroughfare, so it's not noisy and quite peaceful. There's a convenient side exit that leads directly to West Street. You can also rent scooters right in front of the hotel. Service: Excellent! All the staff we encountered at breakfast and the front desk were very warm and helpful, always ready to answer our questions.

First off, Atour's service is consistently excellent, as always. We bought breakfast separately, and my whole family enjoyed the Guilin rice noodles for two days – they were delicious. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from West Street, which is super convenient. There are tons of eateries at the intersection downstairs: beer fish, bamboo chicken, BBQ, Liuzhou river snails rice noodles, and so much more, so you don't need to go far at all. There are also several shops where you can rent electric scooters. If you're a group of three, I recommend renting a three-wheeler. It protects you from the wind, rain, and sun, and you can even ride it all the way to Silver Cave.

Newly opened, the hotel is very new, clean, and hygienic. The cleaning staff were very responsible, proactively asking to clean the room every day and providing fresh toiletries. The double-glazed windows in the room provide excellent soundproofing; even though it's street-facing, you can't hear any street noise, so we slept very soundly. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of dishes, and the taste is decent. It's a great choice for families traveling with children.
