Aiju Hotel (Xingping Ancient Town Lijiang Scenic Area)

Pros The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the busy downtown area. All basic facilities are provided, and electric scooters are available for rent here. There are only two senior staff members. The male staff speaks clearly, is easy to communicate with and always willing to help. We had a package delivered to the hotel, but the courier sent it to the wrong address. Since we do not have a local phone number, we could not resolve it ourselves. The staff kindly helped us sort out this issue thoroughly. Their service attitude is truly praiseworthy. It is a good choice for short stays or overnight stops while passing through the city. 👍👍👍 Cons - There are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, though mosquito repellent devices and swatters are provided. - The lobby was dim and extremely hot in summer. It was unclear if the air conditioner was turned on or working properly. - The elderly female staff has a strong accent, leading to communication difficulties.

Nice and comfortable hotel right in the middle of xing ping ancient town. Very convenient location with food and shops all around. Very reasonable price too!

Lovely stay in an excellent room perfect for families. The location is very good. The beds were comfortable and the shower great. The terrace was a bonus for just chilling or having local takeaway food. The family running the hotel were friendly, helpful and informative and made us feel very welcome. They always greeted us with smile. We were able to rent electric scooters from them at a very reasonable price. They even dropped us off at the railway station when it was time to leave. We were very happy with our stay at Aiju Hotel and would definitely stay there again when we visit Xingping.

Responsive, friendly and helpful front office (Ms Liu). Offer pickup & dropoff at Yangshuo railway station. Strategic location to Xinping Pier, Li River cruise, Xianggong shan, Shan Yu Chen coffee shop viewing spot. Bus station to Yangshuo west street or Shili gallery within walking distance. Lots of food nearby. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. Exceptionally helpful! They even offered us tickets for a better price! They also helped us with ideas with what to do near by and create our program! The room was clean and the location was really good. The scenery in the area is amazing and the 20rmb scenic spot is in a walking distance!
