Orange Hotel (Guilin Yangshuo West Street Branch)

Our stay far exceeded expectations, I highly recommend this Orange Hotel. The room was meticulously cleaned, spotless and well-equipped with all necessities, making for a comfortable stay. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being in a bustling area, we weren't bothered by any street noise. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. The biggest surprise was the rooftop terrace view – endless rolling hills and karst landscapes stretched out before us, a truly therapeutic sight. It's perfect for family trips or friends traveling together.

The Orange Hotel Yangshuo West Street branch was an unexpected highlight of our trip. The room's hygiene was excellent; the floors and bathroom were spotless with no overlooked corners. The soundproofing was very effective, blocking out the noise from West Street and significantly improving our sleep quality. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, proactively offering helpful travel tips. The breakfast was good quality, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables and a wide variety of choices, leaving us very satisfied. The rooftop terrace offered a superb view, directly facing the beautiful karst peaks and rivers. Enjoying the night view with a gentle breeze in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. Overall, the hotel environment was comfortable, and its location made getting around easy, making it very suitable for a vacation stay in Yangshuo.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a park and very quiet. There's a large ground-level parking lot, which was a lifesaver during the National Day holiday, making parking hassle-free. The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively offering amenities for children. The room was spacious and looked impeccably clean. After one night, I felt very comfortable. This was my first stay at an Orange Hotel, and I had a great experience; it seems quite comparable to Atour. I'll definitely consider booking an Orange Hotel again in the future.

Before booking, I called to inquire about their two room types. One was described as having a wall outside the window, and the other was a 'Comfort King Room.' They mentioned the one with the wall had a corridor outside, so I specifically booked the other room type, thinking it would be nice to relax and enjoy the view outside during my vacation. However, it still turned out to be a corridor view, which was incredibly frustrating! The soundproofing was also terrible; I was woken up by noise from upstairs both mornings.

The environment here is really great. We arrived late on the first night of the Golden Week holiday and booked it last minute, but it exceeded our expectations! There's a large kids' play room, and the actual room was very comfortable too. One of the front desk ladies, a small and petite one, was especially cute and adorable! All in all, I highly recommend it. The surroundings are lovely, and it's close to West Street, which is convenient for shopping and food delivery. (Please ignore that I pushed the duvet aside so it wouldn't look messy in the photo.)

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering panoramic views of the rolling mountains. Enjoying the evening breeze while admiring the scenery was incredibly relaxing and perfect for a vacation. My friends and I had a fantastic experience here.

Absolutely delighted with my solo stay! The breakfast was amazing, with a full spread of local specialties to kickstart a vibrant morning. The room was spotless, neatly arranged, and incredibly comfortable – not a single thing out of place. The front desk staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was super convenient. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; I couldn't hear any of the noisy night market outside. Staff were always available and incredibly attentive. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. It's also very close to the pier. When checking out, the customer service even gave me two boxes of local souvenirs. I just put my dirty clothes in the laundry room, and they were washed, dried, and folded when I returned – all I had to do was pick them up. I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again on my next trip.

The rooftop terrace is absolutely the crown jewel of this Orange Hotel! The view is expansive and unobstructed, offering a 360-degree panorama of Yangshuo's karst peaks. Sitting on the terrace at dusk, watching the sunset paint the mountains golden, every photo you take is instantly social media-worthy. Order a special drink, feel the mountain breeze, and watch the lights of West Street gradually twinkle on – in that moment, it feels like you've saved money on admission tickets!

The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; despite being close to West Street, we barely heard any noise, which ensured a great night's sleep. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and showing great patience with guests. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of Yangshuo's beautiful mountains and rivers – it was amazing to see the mountains all around from up high, perfect for photos, and created a wonderful holiday vibe. We'll definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Yangshuo.
