Guilin Yangshuo West Street City Center Atour Hotel

Overall, I had a good stay at Guilin Yangshuo West Street City Center Atour Hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, with West Street and the pedestrian area just a short walk away. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the excellent service provided by the staff. The reception team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast selection was very good, and the breakfast staff were attentive and welcoming. I was also impressed by the laundry facilities and service. Having my laundry washed and delivered back to my room the next morning was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The lobby is beautifully designed and gives the hotel a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room was difficult to regulate, often making the room either too cold or too warm. Although I informed the hotel staff about the problem, the issue was unfortunately not resolved during my stay. In addition, there was occasionally a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallway, which affected the overall experience. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay.
