The staff are warm and attentive, and there's a free shuttle buggy service to and from West Street, making getting around incredibly convenient. This place is so comfortable for a vacation!

The outdoor pool and kids' area are great, and the breakfast spread is diverse, with fresh fruits, salads, and vegetables. The management is top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This is unbelievable in an era dominated by new energy vehicles. **Environment:** Waking up to the mountain view from the room is quite refreshing. It's also very convenient to get to West Street and other nearby attractions. **Service:** I stayed for three nights. On the first night, I asked the front desk for an extra pillow. They said they'd send it, but it never arrived. On the second day, I specifically went to the front desk to ask again, and still, no pillow. Even by check-out, that pillow never showed up! The attention to detail in their service is severely lacking. I have no desire to stay here again.
