Apart from Didi, guests can walk around nearby areas, take public buses and ferries for only 4 yuan, or rent electric scooters to travel freely. We will add a detailed travel guide in each room for future visitors.As for the air conditioner, all our rooms are equipped with brand-new Gree air conditioners. The cooling effect may be unsatisfying due to incorrect operation methods. We will put up simple operation reminders next to the AC to help guests use it properly.Our rooms face the stunning Li River scenery directly, which is our biggest highlight. However, the buildings on the sides belong to local residents’ private houses. We have no authority to manage or renovate the surrounding private environment, and we feel helpless about the messy sights beside us. We will actively communicate with nearby villagers to improve the surrounding environment little by little.We have already arranged thorough deep cleaning for all rooms, standardized the room supply preparation, and held service & safety training for all staff to avoid similar mistakes next time. We truly appreciate your valuable suggestions, and we hope you can give us a chance to serve you better next time.
