Yitian West Street Hotel (Yangshuo West Street Lijiang Branch)

The hotel is located in West Street, and I initially thought it would be noisy, but my stay was actually quite pleasant. The cleanliness was also good, making it very suitable for families.

As always, it's a decent stay, just a bit old now. Many rooms have started to show signs of mold. Also, I hope the front desk staff can be a bit more pleasant. After all, the current economic climate isn't great, so good service is key to earning guest satisfaction for your company.

The location is excellent, right next to West Street. It's super convenient to just head downstairs and explore. There's an underground parking lot with a few charging stations, though the elevator doesn't go directly to it. **Ambiance:** Although the hotel has been open for a while, the decor and maintenance are quite good. However, a few light switches weren't very responsive. The room has a balcony with a great view, perfect for relaxing. **Cleanliness:** The room was well-maintained and quite clean. **Service:** The front desk lady, Xiao Wu, provided excellent service; communication was very smooth. Definitely a good review for this aspect.

Xiao Wu at the front desk provided excellent service. The hotel is centrally located, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with bathtubs. We even extended our stay for another night. There's also a travel photography shop downstairs, which is very convenient for styling.

The hotel is right at the entrance of West Street, making its location super convenient. It's a very new hotel, with parking available downstairs. From the balcony, you can look down directly onto West Street. It's the perfect choice for a few days of relaxing, eating, shopping, and family fun.

Exceeded expectations, much better than I imagined. The lobby had a slight odor, possibly from the Luosifen (snail noodle) shop next door. It's right near West Street, which is super convenient and highly recommended!

The hotel is right above West Street, but the facilities are quite old. The lobby smells strongly of luosifen (river snails rice noodles), and the room lighting is very dim, with no light source at all on the ceiling! It looks very different from the pictures. The bed, however, is quite comfortable.
