Very convenient location. The environment is clean and facilities are sufficient, e.g. laundry, children's playground, a mini gym, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good service

It is very good hotel for family use. There are kids space and small swimming pool. Staffs are very nice to us. There is super market nearby hotel but taxi is very limited in the city so that it is not so easy to go to sight seeing. It will be nice if hotel has pick up service.

The manager and staff were excellent. Very helpful and welcoming. The property was clean and the rooms had everything you needed. Nice view.

I've stayed here before and have had a wonderful time and the services were great and the place was clean. But that was over a year ago and they weren't as busy then. This time around, service was slow, the cleanliness of the place had diminished, and the tourist guide of the hotel could have been more helpful. The stay was just ok.

I came back to the hotel for the second time, it's in a great location, very close to the city center and still very quiet.
The rooms are well equiped and the staff are nice and welcoming
