The service was poor from the moment we arrived. There was no one at reception, and right next to the front desk on the ground floor there is a makeup and hair area where several people were present, yet no one offered assistance while we stood there waiting. We eventually had to call the number on the desk in order to get someone to help us.
When we entered the room, it was clearly not properly cleaned: we found hair and a piece of candy on the floor. We left our luggage, went back downstairs, and asked for the floor to be cleaned. When we returned, we realized they had only removed the candy without actually cleaning the floor.
On the second day, before going out, we notified reception to ensure the room would be cleaned. When we came back, only the towels had been replaced, the dirty ones were still there, the beds were not made, and the floor remained dirty.
To make matters worse, there was no hot water on the last day, so we couldn’t even take a shower despite the outside temperature being around 4°C.
This experience was appalling. If it had not been Chinese New Year and everything fully booked, we would have changed hotels immediately.
从我们到达的那一刻起,服务就非常糟糕。前台没有任何工作人员,就在前台旁边的一楼还有一个化妆和做头发的区域,那里有人,但没有任何人主动提供帮助,大家只是看着我们。最后我们不得不拨打前台桌上的电话号码,才有人来协助我们。
进入房间后,我们发现房间明显没有被彻底清洁:地板上有头发,还有一颗糖果。我们放下行李后下楼要求清洁地板。当我们回来时,发现他们只是把糖果拿走了,却没有真正清洁地板。
第二天我们外出前,特意通知前台确保房间会被打扫。然而回来后发现只更换了毛巾,脏毛巾仍然留在房间里,床没有整理,地板依然很脏。
更糟糕的是,最后一天没有热水,外面气温只有约4°C,我们甚至无法洗澡。
这次经历令人震惊和失望。如果不是正值春节、酒店全部订满,我们一定会立刻更换酒店。
