Traveling with my parents, we booked two rooms. During the off-season, this place was truly excellent value for money. It was bright, clean, and tidy โ€“ really super comfortable. The shower was great, and the smart toilet had a heated seat. They offered both latex pillows and regular soft pillows, and the bed was on the firmer side (but not uncomfortably hard), so I slept really well. Breakfast was decent; they had freshly made, improved (non-stinky) rice noodles which were especially delicious. The front desk is open 24/7, and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel front desk also helped us book a private car service. The driver was a really nice guy, witty and humorous. He drove us around several scenic spots for half a day, and whenever we left an attraction, the car was immediately there for us. We could stop whenever we wanted to rest by the roadside and take photos. The experience was top-notch! ๐Ÿ‘
