JI Hotel (Yangzhou East High-Speed Railway Station)

The room was really clean. When traveling, the environment you stay in is super important. Homestays just don't quite cut it, but HUAZHU will never disappoint you!! Xiaoyu, the front desk receptionist, was very attentive and provided excellent service!!

Excellent! I'd say it's five-star standard. As soon as I exited the high-speed rail East Station, I saw the Ji Hotel sign, which made it super easy to find. Although I had to wait a bit, the staff's attitude was excellent, and everyone, including the cleaning crew, was highly professional. The room was clean, and the facilities were new. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel has only been open for a short while, and its facilities and service are excellent.

Facilities: Comprehensive Cleanliness: Newly opened, so everything was spotless. Environment: You can see Yangzhou East Station directly from the hotel, which is super convenient. Service: Absolutely fantastic!!!!! A big shout-out to the front desk guy and the two lovely ladies, they were amazing!!!!!!!! I especially recommend their breakfast; it's great value for money and quite good. A good day of sightseeing definitely starts with a good breakfast.

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful! Not only did they upgrade our room, but they also helped deliver our luggage directly to the room. The room itself is simply but tastefully decorated, every detail perfectly matched my aesthetic. The smart toilet is fully functional and easy to use. The bedding was so comfortable and soft, it completely re-energized me after a long day of traveling.

An experience that completely exceeded my expectations! While there was a slight price increase during the Chinese New Year, it was still excellent value for money. This is the brand-new version of the Ji Hotel Xiaoshanqing, which just opened in February this year. The hardware facilities are in perfect condition, and the staff's coordination is incredibly smooth. There's no unpleasant renovation smell in the room. The room cleanliness was almost perfect, surpassing most five-star international chain hotels. Manager Song was very kind and approachable, offering smiling service throughout. Front desk staffer Xiao Yu was incredibly helpful in resolving a breakfast issue, and the young lady with glasses provided me with lotion when I needed it most, and it was even Shiseido! The slippers and small amenities were also of great quality, and the linens were decent. The breakfast selection was quite rich, and the warm and friendly lady at the noodle station left a deep impression on me. The location is excellent, filling the gap for mid-to-high-end hotels near Yangzhou East Station. I can't help but genuinely feel that if this hotel were available for around 240 yuan on a regular weekday, how wonderful that would be! I've visited Yangzhou many times, and this brief stay at the Ji Hotel near the East Station made me feel more satisfied than my previous stays at the Yangzhou State Guesthouse, Shangri-La, and Canal Sanwan.

What a pleasant surprise for our Spring Festival family trip, tucked away in this new Ji Hotel. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, and the breakfast was warm and delicious. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tingting, an incredibly thoughtful customer service agent. She provided meticulous service from the moment we arrived until we departed, making our Yangzhou trip so much warmer and more inviting, truly allowing us to feel the city's sincerity and hospitality.
