Great stay. The room was completely clean, and the service was good. The location worked well. The bed was comfortable. I strongly recommending to stay there.

I stayed in this room for a week. At first, I was checked into the wrong room. Then there was an issue with the disposable towels. I was told they were delivered every morning, but the next day I had to wait until 9 PM, and they only brought them after I had already started complaining. And how were they delivered? A woman literally threw a bag of disposable towels at my feet. Fortunately, there were no more unpleasant incidents after that, but the first impression had already been ruined. The hotel itself is not bad, although the interior is quite old, which causes a musty smell. Housekeeping was done daily, but as I understood it, this only included taking out the trash and replenishing water and towels — the floors were not cleaned. The location is convenient, and there is a large shopping mall downstairs with everything you might need.
