⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 超貼心的服務，全家都很滿意！
這次入住體驗真的非常好！民宿的服務特別貼心，工作人員主動幫忙拿行李，讓我們帶着家人出行輕鬆了不少。行程中家人突然皮膚過敏，酒店知道後每天都會準備冰水送給我們冰敷，真的很感動，細節服務做得太到位了！
另外想特別誇一下，這家民宿實際上對寵物非常友好，不過建議帶寵物的朋友提前和酒店溝通一下，以便他們更好地安排~
民宿地理位置也很方便，步行5、6分鐘就有很多餐廳和足療店，民宿一樓就是足療按摩，去體驗了一下也不錯，這邊吃飯休閑都不用愁。打車或自駕去瘦西湖片區大約15分鐘，遊玩超級便捷！
總之是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，下次來還會選擇這裏！

設施：非常齊全，有整套智能燈光和窗簾系統，智能馬桶也非常給力。
衞生：乾淨整潔，阿姨每天打掃的都非常細緻，非常的積極。
環境：環境優雅，尤其是晚上河上燈光開的時候看河景簡直絕了。勞累了一天，洗個澡在窗邊沙發上點一根，真的是不要太舒服。
服務：服務方面可就要重點説説了，真的是我見過最最最最最最最熱情和細緻入微的酒店服務。服務人員每天都會詢問是否需要更換房內物品，在我們去之前也會提前幫我們開好空調給房間降温，每日也會給我們準備好水果和冰鎮飲品，真的是太讓我感動了，總得來説是一次超級好的體驗，讓我們感受到了揚州的熱情和美好，下次還來！

這次入住揚州安娜禧奢酒店的體驗真的太太驚喜了！從出發前就感受到了酒店的用心，提前和前台溝通到達時間時，小姐姐特別熱情耐心，詳細確認了訊息，還主動説會提前開好空調，讓我們到了就能舒舒服服的。
果然一進房間就被暖到，空調匹數很足，降温特別快，悶熱感瞬間消散，桌上還貼心放了冰鎮的冷飲，喝一口清爽到心裏。房間空間特別寬敞，床也超大，躺上去完全能舒展開，旅途的疲憊一下子就緩解了。
房間打掃得特別乾淨，看着就舒心。而且還有備用雨傘，這點太貼心了，近期揚州天氣多變，有備無患。
地理位置也得誇誇，對面就是運河，晚上景色超美，還能看到遊船緩緩駛過，吹着晚風散散步，太愜意了。離何園也很近，步行就能到，逛景點特別方便。周圍飯店也多，想吃點當地特色或者家常菜都不用跑遠，選擇豐富。
總之，從服務到環境再到位置都無可挑剔，下次來揚州肯定還選這家！

酒店不算新，位置非常好，運河邊，橋對岸就是吃飯一條街，皮市街、東關街也都可步行到達，真的很方便，這家最出彩的是服務，管家提前聯繫，告知出行的各項事宜，入住後，也給了很多實用建議，非常好的體驗。

民宿位置很好，距離何園和皮市街都很近，店員特別熱情，提前聯繫我告知酒店和停車場位置，又介紹了很多周邊的早茶和小吃，到店後還給升級了房型，準備了水果和飲品，真的太貼心啦！房間裏乾淨衞生，晚上也很安靜，真心推薦，下次來揚州還住這裏❤️

總體評價5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟！！！
我和我老婆到達揚州已經快10點了，我老婆對衞生條件有要求，打算定個連鎖酒店，諮詢了好多連鎖店都不許帶小狗或者小狗要集中在前台管理，最後選擇了這家民宿，竟發現了寶藏小店！
環境酒店靠着運河，5月份不冷不熱很舒服，非常安靜，適合睡眠輕的朋友；
衞生很乾凈，小狗在地上走腳沒有臟，店主用心啦；
服務很貼心，店主非常熱情，住連鎖比較多，我倆都有點不太習慣了，主動幫忙辦理了延時，離店時還給小狗小禮物，有點驚喜！
位置很便利，出門就是運河，適合喜歡散步的朋友，旁邊就是景區，酒店樓下可以體驗皮包水，到的太晚了沒來的及體驗，有點遺憾～
總之，推薦指數五顆星，性價比很高！

孩子説要給這個酒店100顆星，我們住着都不想走。位置好，就在古運河邊上，晚上在河北散步非常好。離何園也近，步行就到。前台的小姐姐和小哥特別熱情好客，讓人感覺賓至如歸。還給我們延時退房，睡了午覺。要是我是開民宿的，就要把這前台小姐姐挖走
