Manxin Hotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake & Dongguan Street Scenic Area

A delightful surprise of a hotel, absolutely perfect! It's in a great location with excellent transport links, well-equipped facilities, and fantastic service. Most importantly, it's beautiful; the corridors and hallways are full of thoughtful little design touches, and there's a lovely small garden on the top floor.

The room was spotless, with housekeeping cleaning regularly. It had curtains and all the amenities were excellent. The location was also very good. The delivery robot was efficient; I ordered takeout five times and it was always delivered by the robot, unlike some reviews that mentioned issues with takeout not being handled. The front desk staff were also very attentive. All in all, the service perfectly matches the price. Highly recommended.

My stay was quite pleasant. The staff were attentive and responsive, and the room was clean with convenient facilities. What I loved most was the terrace; sitting out there in the evening breeze after the heat of the day, all the day's fatigue just melted away – it was absolutely wonderful! I hope the issues I mentioned can be addressed soon.

This is a wonderful and exquisitely designed hotel, I've stayed here many times. It's very comfortable overall, with an antique and elegant decor. The location is also excellent, right on Dongguan Street, next to the ancient city gate.

Great location, right next to Dongguan Street with plenty of food and drink options. The parking lot is quite small, but it's within walking distance to all the major attractions.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on Dongguan Street, surrounded by many popular restaurants. It's also very close to Guangling Road and Pishi Street. The main road is right outside, making it convenient to take a taxi to major attractions. The hotel is a de-branded Manxin from Huazhu Hotels. The design has a nice local flavor. The downside is that it's a bit old, but thankfully it's quite affordable.

Extremely satisfied with everything. I absolutely loved the hotel's Chinese cultural style; every corner was beautiful. The service paid great attention to detail. When I checked in, the front desk lady handed me a warm cup of water, which made me feel right at home. The facilities also showed great attention to detail, especially the power outlets in the room, which were scientifically designed and perfectly met various needs. The location was very convenient. When I checked out, I received a Yangzhou intangible cultural heritage paper-cutting souvenir. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about 50 meters from Guoqing Road, and another one or two hundred meters to the intersection of Caiyi Street and Dongguan Street. There's a parking lot called Dongquanmen about 20 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient if you're driving. Getting a taxi right outside is also easy. The staff are very friendly, and they even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. The toilet and shower are separate, and the space is quite large. There's also a small garden on the rooftop. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yangzhou.
