✅ The hotel is home to a Qu Yuan branch on the first floor, meaning you can enjoy their delicious food without the usual long queues. ✅ Rooms are equipped with TOTO Washlets and Dyson hairdryers. ✅ The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the East Gate of Songjiacheng Sports Park. ✅ The hotel partners with Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort. ✅ In addition to hot spring tickets, guests also receive complimentary miniature train rides and access to the adorable pet park. 🔺 Although the hotel offers a shuttle service to the hot springs, routes are restricted during peak season. 🔺 Walking to the hot springs from the hotel takes a good 30-40 minutes. 🔺 Breakfast is also served at the Qu Yuan restaurant, but the dining area is small, so be prepared to share tables or queue during busy periods. ▫️ The breakfast is primarily carb-based; it's filling but nothing substantial. 👍 A big plus is that breakfast can be packed to go, with separate takeout boxes for different items. 🔺 The hotel itself is quite small; despite being called a 'resort hotel,' there's not much to explore. 🔺 Room facilities are on par with a budget hotel, yet they charge five-star prices during peak season. 🔺 Family rooms face the street, leading to poor sound insulation. 🔺 Our room also had landscape lights directly below, meaning we had to keep the curtains drawn as soon as it got dark. 📝 🔸 The weekday price for a family room is 600 RMB (including Slender West Lake tickets, a Qu Yuan meal package, and hot spring tickets), which essentially means you're getting the hotel stay for free when buying the tickets – incredible value for money. 🔸 The Chinese New Year price of 1058 RMB (including only hot spring tickets) offers very poor value. 🔸 This hotel is suitable for families with older children who aren't too particular about their room, and who plan to be out and about sightseeing all day.

We stayed in a family room, which was quite spacious. They thoughtfully prepared slippers and toiletries for children, which was a very nice touch. The king-size bed had a functional mattress, offering an excellent experience. The hotel lobby is directly connected to Quyuan, making dim sum (morning tea) very convenient.

The hotel environment was decent, and its location isn't too far from Slender West Lake, though you'll generally need a taxi to get around. The bathroom lacks an independent ventilation system, so there's no way to vent after turning off the lights. The hotel's food was average and not great value for money. Breakfast was a set menu of noodles, buns, and shaomai – all carbs with no vegetables. Plus, there are no dining options or snacks around the hotel.

My favorite ones are the Dyson hair dryer and the Panasonic smart toilet. There are not many places to eat around the hotel, so I always take a taxi? The Songjiacheng Park next to it is very nice. Friends who are used to running should like it very much. Enter from the east gate and exit from the south gate. The Fun Garden of the Guest House is right opposite and you can just walk there. Yuhang and Xiaoji who served us were very enthusiastic. Other colleagues and staff were also very enthusiastic when meeting us. They deserve praise! !

Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hot Spring Tickets (Bring your own swimsuit and swimming cap): The hot spring is very good and worth coming again! The Songcheng Resort Hotel where we stayed is in a very good location, next to the Sports Park, suitable for bringing children to play! The hotel service is very good, especially the front desk staff, very patient and considerate! The famous Quyuan Tea House (Songcheng Store) is on the first floor of the hotel, and the dinner is also very good! Very convenient without queuing! Breakfast is not free, but when we went downstairs, we saw many people queuing for morning tea at the Quyuan Tea House. We checked out and drove to the local specialty Jindai Garden for morning tea (next to Geyuan), which is very cost-effective! It is worth going, and there are many local elderly people. This trip to Yangzhou is still worthwhile, and I will come again next time when it is not a holiday.

It is not far from major attractions, especially the Slender West Lake Scenic Area. The taxi is about 10 yuan (except the Grand Canal Museum). The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the East Gate of Slender West Lake every hour. The room is spacious and relatively clean. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. I walked all day on the second day of my stay. When I returned to the room, I was surprised to find that the hotel staff had prepared a foot bath bucket in advance. There is a fun park branch on the first floor of the hotel. If you go there on non-holidays, you don’t have to queue up at all. You can eat as you like, and it’s not noisy. It’s very good.

This is my second time in Yangzhou. I came here once more than ten years ago. Now I am traveling with my family. I took the photos before leaving. The stay experience was very good. The children liked it very much. Unfortunately, it rained on the second day and we couldn't go out. The overall feeling was great. The scenery was pleasant, the air was fresh, the environment was beautiful, the facilities were complete and the equipment was new. It is a hotel worth staying in. It's really nice to go shopping after breakfast! The birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant. It's much better than the crowded and noisy Slender West Lake. The scenery is super beautiful! I will stay here again next time I come to Yangzhou! I also recommend it to my friends!
