IntercityHotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake

My trip to Yangzhou was unforgettable, all thanks to this hotel! When you're traveling, especially, the place you rest is incredibly important. Even though it's just for sleeping, this City Express Hotel truly made me feel at home. From the moment I stepped out of the car on the first day, through all my accommodation needs each day, until I left the hotel, I was deeply impressed. Their service truly comes first, and it's something all service-oriented businesses should learn from. When choosing a hotel, I was very careful, worried about not getting good rest, or poor service, or outdated facilities, or bad hygiene. But after arriving at this hotel, I confirmed I hadn't made a mistake and had no regrets. In Yangzhou, besides the policy of free public transport for non-locals during festivals, it was their service that truly made me feel the warmth of Yangzhou. Without saying anything else, if I come to Yangzhou again, no matter how good other hotels might be, I will still choose this one.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions, and convenient for taxis. The service was also very warm and welcoming; they helped with laundry and drying, guided parking, and offered cheerful service for all our travel needs. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, easily comparable to some of the better dim sum restaurants outside. Overall, highly recommended!

The cleanliness was excellent, and I'm quite particular about that, so I was very satisfied. The round bed was incredibly spacious; there was so much room left even with our family of three sleeping in the middle. The air conditioning was strong, and the shower had great water pressure. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. Right from parking, the staff was wonderful, helping direct us and carry our luggage. All the front desk staff were incredibly kind, offering snacks to our child and having our luggage delivered to our room. The breakfast was also delicious, unique, and had a wide variety of options. We were traveling with our eight-year-old child and staying in Yangzhou for two days, and this hotel offered incredible value for money. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect place to get a good night's sleep. There was even a pleasant surprise upon checkout – they washed our car since we were on a road trip, which was genuinely touching. Happy Mid-Autumn Festival! ^ ^

The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean. The service attitude is excellent. The restaurant is very good, the dishes taste authentic, with both Chinese and Western options, and they even provided a complimentary dinner. The transportation is very convenient.

The room layout is quite attractive, and there's even artificial landscaping. The hotel service in all aspects is exceptionally good. Highly recommended! It's a must-stay hotel when you visit Yangzhou.

Cleanliness: Very good. Service: The hotel's service is top-notch, from the kind doorman at the lobby entrance to the reception staff and even the aunties in the restaurant, everyone is incredibly enthusiastic and helpful.

The environment here is lovely, and the location is quite close to Slender West Lake, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. The room facilities are also very clean, and the breakfast selection is rich. What really impressed me was the hotel's service. The uncle at the entrance helped open car doors, carried luggage, and guided us to the elevator... and the front desk staff, restaurant servers, and cleaning ladies were all incredibly enthusiastic and made us feel so well taken care of. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Loved it! The service was excellent, the location was convenient, and the environment was beautiful and comfortable. It has unique charm, convenient parking, and is suitable for all types of travelers. Highly recommend.

They say Yangzhou's moonlit nights are split, two-thirds belong to Yangzhou. This trip was truly worthwhile. From the receptionists at the door to the front desk, 5 points is the platform's limit, not the limit of their service. Especially Xiao Ji at the front desk, their service was exceptional. When we were leaving, our car window was dirty, and Xiao Ji immediately grabbed a towel and wiped it clean. Due to a tight schedule, I didn't take any photos, so here are some beautiful views of Yangzhou instead!
