服務：工作人員非常熱情周到，我們是凌晨才入住的，辦理入住的過程很快。想要的耳塞和熱水都及時拿到，前台夜裡衹有一人，又要兼顧前台和總機，非常的辛苦，真的要給她點個贊。
環境：0壓房的枕頭和床墊都非常舒適，讓我們睡了一個好覺。

每次出行都是全季或者亞朵，全季每次都給我們較好的體驗，沒想到揚州的這家全季讓人這麼失望。第一，一進客房就有嚴重的煙味，連續兩天都不散，每天早上起來一打開廁所的門，那個煙味簡直嗆人
第二，房間衞生很糟糕，尤其是衞生間。第一天掀開馬桶蓋，居然濕答答的。其次，各個角落彷彿廉租房，黃黃的污垢到處都是，難以想象一個晚上要850元
第三，沙發污漬嚴重，不忍坐下！垃圾桶也超級臟，黃黃的，好惡心！
除了衞生狀況不理想，酒店服務人員態度倒是挺好的，酒店地理位置也不錯。
