The hotel has a good location with convenient transportation. It's within walking distance to nearby attractions like Guandong Street, Pishi Street, He Garden, and Ge Garden.

The front desk service attitude wasn't great. When a package I sent wasn't found, they didn't help look for it, insisting it was only in one spot and wouldn't let me check elsewhere or help resolve the issue. They told me to contact the courier myself, and it turned out the package was in another location they wouldn't let me look at. The stairs in the loft room were creaky and felt unsafe. There were water stains on the futon mattress, though the front desk did bring a new one immediately. Overall, the living experience was poor. As for whether it's good value for money, that's up to individual opinion.

我非常實事求是的點評。住了這麼多酒店頭一次多要幾瓶水，老闆還在那猶豫説我開店這麼多年，從來沒一次給過八瓶水，拜託我們房間親子房住四個人，我們一下要兩天的水就不再要了，從來我們住這麼多年酒店也沒遇到過給水還能猶豫成這樣的，要不是看在服務員退房時幫我們拿行李很熱情，本來就想給兩分來的。環境為什麼衹給4.5？因為雖然離東關街很近很方便，但是門口堵車非常厲害，我們有一次打車在門口來回堵了半個小時。酒店設施為什麼一般？因為洗澡的水忽冷忽熱，這個澡洗的特別煩躁。房間衞生確實不錯都很乾凈，這一點是很滿意的。

這次入住體驗超預期，必須五星推薦！酒店位置優越，出行便捷。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住很快，還貼心指引周邊設施。房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴熱水充足、乾濕分離，細節到位。隔音良好，夜間安靜，睡得很安穩。早餐品類豐富、口味在線。整體性價比高，服務暖心，下次還選這家！

地理位置很好，離東關街、運河渡口碼頭都非常近，步行幾分鐘即到，旁邊的錦春吃早茶、正餐都很好，對獨自旅行者也很友好。房間雖然不大但很温馨，衞生很好，全屋小度智能控制，智能馬桶，衞生間還細心地安裝了小化粧鏡。

地理位置絕對優越，出門就是繁華的東關街，吃喝逛玩太方便了。去瘦西湖、個園等景點也都很近。房間是家庭房，採光特別好，寬敞明亮。最驚喜的是還帶個小露台，早上或下午能坐着喝杯咖啡，非常愜意。全家人都住得很滿意，推薦！

對於家庭自駕遊的遊客來説，酒店地理位置非常好，周邊吃喝玩逛的地方也很近，服務人員態度非常贊，唯一不好的就是周邊有些裝修和拆遷的房子，環境有點不好
