The cultural atmosphere is very strong, the room layout is simple, there are bookshelves, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich, there is a parking lot, there are restaurants nearby, and the scenic spots are not far away. The night tour to the Slender West Lake in the package is very good. What is lacking is that the check-in at the front desk is the whole process There is no smiling face. I asked about the breakfast and said it was on the fifth floor. I didn’t ask and didn’t tell me. The night tour reservation was only made with the assistance of a waiter nearby.

房間還不錯，夠大的，空調效果也不錯，早餐豐富，還有蝦、牛肉等，下午送了零食和酸奶，有免費停車場的，停車場還蠻大的，服務什麼都不錯的，唯一的遺憾就是酒店沒有洗衣機。

1房間户型預訂我是以平台照片為主，發到平台的東西你就要為自己的言行負責任。不否是否就已經存在欺詐。酒店欺負外地遊客，什麼房間全憑他一張嘴，我説是什麼房間就是什麼房間，那你網上發佈的照片有何意義？一言不合不允溝通協商你去告去。
2可以不升級，但是不能打着升級的謊話，忽悠消費者，住到比自己實際預訂小的便宜的房間。
3酒店口口聲聲給我升級的行政房在攜程網上根本沒有上架，和上架的實際行政房圖片不否，是否有誤導行為？給我玩的是文字遊戲，此行政房非彼行政房（酒店的解釋是幾百個房間照片不可能都上架，所以，你就上最好的騙消費者，那你咋不上最差的？）
4後來我發現房型問題要求給我換到本應該是我定的房型的房間，住進去體驗感是完全不一樣的，也和網上圖片實際相符，那她口口聲聲給我升級的行政房比我定的這個價位還要高，體驗感是不是應該更好？而不是和我第一天入住的房間那麼狹小。那也就是不是可以理解酒店騙一個算一個。
5衞生間多個浴缸就是多了她嘴裏所謂的8平方升級，那我是睡浴缸裏好了。我們在乎的是實際入住房間氛圍，看到的圖片也是實際房間的圖片，和衞生間沒有一點關係。

前台小姐姐服務很好，我預訂時都沒注意有早餐主動告知並給小朋友免費贈送了一份，而且酒店早餐很驚艷，味道不錯，酒店地理位置也很優越，離景點都不遠，停車也很方便，必須👍一個

酒店位置尚可，離東關街騎電動車十來分鐘。早餐很豐富。距離何園，大運河也不遠。有地下停車場，很大。選了瘦西湖度假村温泉門票，不枉此行。

酒店古色古香，出行方便。房間還不錯，比較乾淨，離景區不太遠，這兩天揚州人太多了，不好打車，晚上從東關古渡乘了遊船走回來。
送了點心和酸奶，第二天退房天氣熱還貼心送水。值得推薦
