Blossom House Yangzhou Lakeside

The biggest pleasant surprise of my trip to Yangzhou was this one-night stay. It's a peaceful oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with every brick and tile in the courtyard showing thoughtful design. Strolling around felt like an immersive experience in a Jiangnan garden. The guest rooms steer clear of generic decor, with meticulous attention to detail, making the living experience far exceed expectations. Xiao Zhao (Zhao, the staff member) was genuinely attentive and thoughtful, proactively helping with many small things we hadn't even considered. This kind of heartfelt service is much more touching than mere pleasantries. This isn't just a place to crash for a night while sightseeing; it's somewhere you can slow down and truly enjoy your journey. I've saved it for future reference and will definitely return on my next visit to Yangzhou.

The room was excellent, and the hotel's service was superb. Upon arrival, a butler escorted us to our room, where we found welcome fruits. In the evenings, we were treated to a pre-bedtime sweet soup. The butler also provided helpful recommendations for local dining and transportation. As a nice touch, we received a parting gift upon check-out. It was truly a pleasant trip.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Slender West Lake boat dock, making it a fantastic base for exploring the area. It offers a butler-style service, and out of all the hotels I've stayed in, including five-star ones, this is the only one that provided valet parking. Upon arrival, a butler guided me, and they even provided various travel guides and a food map. The first floor also has a laundry room, gym, and a children's play area. If you're coming to Yangzhou and not staying at the Yangzhou State Guesthouse, I genuinely recommend this place.

This is a new hotel located within the Slender West Lake scenic area. There are great places around it, like bathhouses offering body scrubs and restaurants, making it very convenient to get around! The hotel is fully automated, and the service is exceptionally good! Even the public restrooms are thoughtfully equipped with hair ties, makeup remover wipes, and dental floss. I even received a gift upon departure! I really love Yangzhou and will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

This hotel truly sets the standard for excellent service, with both its facilities and amenities justifying the price. **Public Services** The lobby features a custom-covered B&O Beoplay A9, a cold brew coffee setup, and a pour-over kettle from Fish's Kettle. I'm not familiar with the sofa, but I'm sure it's also a designer piece. The owner clearly has excellent taste and is willing to invest in quality. While the staff aren't yet experts with the pour-over kettle and cold brew equipment, guests who recognize them are welcome to use them themselves – the front desk is very generous in lending them out, which is a great solution for those who find pointed pour-over kettles inconvenient for travel. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, and I was able to check in early. Their attitude was exceptionally courteous. **Room Services** **Hardware:** Unlimited VOSS mineral water. Both the king and twin rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines, two latte cups, two whiskey glasses, and two mouthwash cups. **Daily Amenities:** They refresh four small towels, three bath towels, four bottles of water, and restock the fridge with drinks and tea every day. It's so generous that it almost makes you feel a little embarrassed... **Environment:** The king room is a bit small inside but has a terrace, while the twin room is larger with a bamboo forest view outside the window. The interiors are impeccable. Overall, it's so comfortable that you just want to stay in the hotel and not go out. You can really feel the operator's cultural depth, modern vision, meticulous thought, and commitment to quality.

The room was very comfortable, with a charming Chinese-style decor. Overlooking lush greenery, it was wonderfully quiet. Transportation nearby is very convenient, with taxis and buses readily available, so getting around was a breeze. Taking a stroll by the lake was delightful, especially with the lotus flowers in bloom – the scenery was lovely. The service was also excellent, making for a very good overall experience. 🌿

Stayed in a twin room with my bestie, and it was super clean and tidy with plenty of space. The smart assistant, capsule coffee machine, and Dyson hairdryer were all incredibly useful. The staff were really friendly too. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yangzhou!

The location is fantastic, right next to the south entrance of Slender West Lake. You can step out and immediately take a boat tour of the lake. There's Yechun Teahouse nearby for breakfast, a Ruixing Coffee, and a Shizu Supermarket (which sells Yangda yogurt). If you want to go to Quyuan, you can call for a shuttle from a number on a fence diagonally opposite the hotel's parking lot. Basically, everything is conveniently close by. The hotel also has its own parking lot with fast chargers. The decor is stylish, and the room is cozy with a small balcony. It was a bit too hot to enjoy it fully, but it would be lovely to have a cup of tea out there in spring or autumn.
