Fantastic! The room was very spacious and spotless, and I absolutely loved it. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The service was also excellent, and they even offer laundry facilities. The amenities are comprehensive. Truly a great stay!

Overall, my experience was incredibly satisfying! The location was easy to find, the facilities were comprehensive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It was a comfortable and worry-free stay, offering great value for money. Definitely a reliable and excellent choice!

The room floor was entirely covered in water. The hotel's response was that it wouldn't affect our stay, claiming it was an isolated issue with just this room. But the water was so deep my pants got soaked up to my shins simply from standing on the floor. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken. Luckily, it was eventually fixed, and the maintenance staff were quick to arrive. The cleanliness was also very subpar, truly disappointing.

The guesthouse we stayed at in Yanji was absolutely wonderful! The location was excellent, with delicious food and popular photo spots all within easy reach. Our room was spotless, and the bedding was pristine white and soft. The service was incredibly attentive; the staff were warm, thoughtful, and quick to resolve any issues. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yanji – you truly can't go wrong with this place!

Overall, it was a decent stay, and the hygiene was generally fine. We stayed in a tatami room, and while the decorative fabric and cushions on the bed seemed a bit dirty, as if they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, it didn't really impact our stay since the duvet and pillows themselves were very clean. I'd suggest improving the bathroom's non-slip features and drainage. After showering, the water didn't drain properly, making it quite slippery from the shower area to the bathroom door. Also, I had a bit of trouble with the showerhead; I could only get the main one to work and couldn't figure out how to turn on the smaller one. However, these issues didn't significantly detract from the overall experience, which was generally good. My biggest issue was that I mainly booked this place because I saw they advertised a bunch of complimentary offers, which I was quite excited about, but none of them were provided! Why promise freebies if you're not going to deliver? 😭 For example, it stated: 'Receive a 30 RMB voucher for Pinrou Charcoal BBQ upon check-in.' - I didn't get it, I didn't get anything! Don't believe them, folks! 😭 Another promise: 'Enjoy a Hanbok experience upon check-in.' - Nope, absolutely nothing! And 'Receive a 20 RMB voucher for car rental/private car/ride-sharing upon check-in.' - Also completely missing! 😭

The room was very clean, and its convenient location near everything makes it a great option.

The room boasts a fantastic location! The famous Water Market is right downstairs, making it super convenient to grab breakfast at the morning market. It's also incredibly close to the renowned West Market, and Yanbian University is just about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel environment is excellent – it's spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning is powerful. Amenities include a smart toilet and a large-screen TV. The water heater provides a perfectly stable temperature, with ample hot water for two people.
