Overall, the service and after-sales support during our stay were great. We checked in a bit late that night after a long day of driving, and I was really tired. I woke up a bit groggy in the middle of the night, thinking my boyfriend was in the restroom, but it turned out there was an issue with the floor drain. Luckily, everything was resolved quickly. Both the hotel staff and the Ctrip customer service on the phone were very responsive. It's not scary to encounter problems; what's scary is when problems can't be resolved and affect your stay. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. Recommended!

Facilities: Standard for an Orange Hotel. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: A 20-minute walk from the train station, or 15 minutes by taxi. Service: The front desk staff was alright; they lent me an umbrella when it rained. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but they did change some of the options over the two days I ate there. The room lighting was a bit dim.

Had a fantastic stay! The room and facilities were brand new. The front desk staff and servers were all very polite and welcoming. The location is super convenient for getting around; it's within walking distance of the train station, and there are tons of buses right by the station. I'd highly recommend the coastal route bus – for just one yuan, it takes you to all the popular seaside attractions! A special shout-out to the breakfast; it was incredibly diverse!
