房間比較乾淨，部分房間沒有暖氣冬天夜裡很冷，前台服務員給我換到有暖氣的房間了，總體上還行，就是周邊配套餐飲比較少。

這個酒店整體來説，衞生乾淨，缺點就是離煙台的景點，朝陽街，煙台山等等景區有點遠，在郊區，但是離高鐵站近，可以乘坐公交🚍出發，出差人員可以居住這裏，但是旅遊者不建議，但是價格比較實惠住在這裏，吃飯也方便，就是烤串，拉麪。

設施：除了空調出風的時候有轟隆隆的聲音（類似於坐卧鋪）不太滿意，衞浴的乾濕分離和防滑都很到位 衞生：很乾凈，陽光很好，沒有黴味 環境：很好，房間裏有光照，但是不熱，很涼快，晚上不用開空調也能睡得很舒服 服務：前台很貼心，讓我選了喜歡的房間去看看，打掃很及時，每天都有兩瓶礦泉水
