I was able to start my trip early thanks to helping me check in early, I liked the size of the room and the facilities! The air conditioner came out well and I had a good rest in the dormitory!

While the location near the railway station was great, the hotel was dirty, and it smelled like cigarette smoke in the common areas and room. I couldn’t get the cigarette smell out of my room, to the point where I wore a mask when I went to sleep. The mattress was also quite dirty. I would not recommend unless you just need a quick place to sleep before catching an early morning train.

I only spent a single night at this hotel and I mainly chose it for its location. It is close to the ancient town, which is a beautiful place with a nice bar to hang out at at night. The hotel itself is allright. Unfortunately, the room did not have a window, but this seems to be fairly common in China. I had my own bathroom though with a Western style toilet. The room had an AC as well, which was great. All in all it was allright.
