煙台火車站附近是真的沒有乾淨衞生的經濟型酒店，甚至離火車站10km內都沒找到…點開評價都是衞生問題。於是，訂了這個公寓。由於原本期望值很低，倒也還行，房間類似深圳的小出租房，我的大行李箱堪堪能打開。不過有準備一次性馬桶墊，漱口紙杯，就是進門的雜物櫃/鞋櫃真的需要擦一下灰了……床品挺舒服，位置不太好找，雖然在路邊，但那裡有幾棟公寓，容易找錯。公寓管理員是網上交流的，衹能靠自己找位置。

#位置交通位置很不錯，離煙台站特別近，步行15分鐘。樓下有肯德基喜家德711，旁邊還有一個大悦城，視野也比較好。#服務房東很熱情。雖然每間房都有客人，但是大家都很安靜，不會被吵到。#房間設施總體來説不錯，有空調，洗手間也挺好用的，衹是房裡的那個小桌子和床有點不穩，一躺在床上床就開始嘎吱嘎吱地響。床單被罩不知道為什麼總感覺有一股潮味，有點被薰到，但綜合來看性價比可以了，比較推薦。

位置挺好的離煙台站很近樓下週邊都是商場房間雖小用品都齊全是一個大套間隔的洗手間衞生都挺乾淨隔壁帶獨衞的房間挺好有一個大窗户可以看海景

離煙台站步行10分鐘的距離，在一片高層公寓樓中，比較好找。樓下吃飯的地方不少。不過隔音不好，幾個房間公用一個客廳。

老闆人很好，遇到一對不自覺的，一直看電視説話到凌晨三點，12:30過去敲了房門衹説知道了但該怎麼著還是怎麼著。果斷給老闆説換房間，老闆也痛苦的答應了。兩口子不沖馬桶，用完炊具也不刷，見過沒素質的沒見過那麼沒素質的
