Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort

Loving the sea, I chose to stay at the Sheraton hotel near the beach. Upon arriving at the front desk, I was grateful for the warm reception from the customer service staff. Not only did they give me a small gift, but they also upgraded my room. Once inside, looking out the window at the waves crashing against the shore, I felt completely refreshed. It was a shame that it was too windy to play in the sea that day, which was a bit disappointing. We booked a room that included a photoshoot, and while it might have felt a bit rushed due to time constraints, I was generally happy with the photos taken by the sea, and I'd like to express my thanks for that. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the room was clean and tidy, although it was a bit far from the elevator. It would be much more convenient and safer if there were elevators at both ends of the hotel.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with direct access to Golden Beach, making beach walks incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including seafood and pastries. LUCAS was especially attentive and arranged a late check-out for our flight, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, an amazing holiday experience!!!

The sea-view room offered a perfect vista, with the ocean right outside the window, and Golden Beach just a short walk away, making it super convenient for activities. In the evening, the sea breeze and sunset created an amazing ambiance. Lucas, one of the staff members, provided excellent service and helped us get an upgraded room. The hotel is well-maintained, with good water pressure in the bathroom and full amenities. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy, making it a fantastic getaway to escape the city and clear your mind.

The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. It's located right near the attractions, making sightseeing very convenient. RYANYU's service was enthusiastic, and the surrounding area offers easy access to transportation. The environment was quiet and not noisy, and the value for money was excellent. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip. I genuinely and highly recommend it!

There was a slight hiccup during check-in, and we had to wait a bit. I tried to be understanding, especially during peak hours, but waiting with a child for that long was quite a stretch. Hopefully, this can be improved next time! The beach is right downstairs, not crowded at all, and it was lovely to feel the sea breeze and dig in the sand with my child in the evening. The bed sheets in the room were a little dirty, but we had brought our own, so we didn't bother to report it. Just something to keep in mind! The male front desk staff and the guiding staff were all exceptionally good. I thought it would be a hassle to retrieve something I left behind, but they immediately issued me a room card so I could go back and easily find my item – I'm very grateful for that! There was also a short-haired housekeeping auntie who was wonderfully kind. When we went back to look for our item, she told us to take our time and that she would come back to clean later, and she even made my child laugh. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's precisely because of its accumulated history that it offers such warm and beautiful memories! Wishing all hotel staff success in their work, and we hope to visit again.

This stay truly impressed me with the genuine sincerity of Hubery, a young man born after 2000. His service was thoughtful and meticulous. The hotel environment was as good as ever, and its location right by the sea is excellent and very convenient! The breakfast was also very rich and varied. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Hubery, the young man, arranged a great room for us, specifically helping us choose a quiet spot as requested. The hotel is also super close to the beach; you just walk through the garden to get there. If you're bringing kids to play on the beach and catch crabs, you could easily spend the whole day at the hotel. In the morning, take a walk on the beach until 10 AM, come back to rinse off, then head into the city for a bit in the afternoon. Return to the hotel around 4 PM to catch crabs, have a BBQ at the hotel in the evening, and after dinner, rent a small car to see the coastal lights... perfect! Plus, the room service is incredibly thoughtful; they optimize the number of linens based on the number of guests and their habits, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Overall, the experience was excellent! We'll definitely stay here again next time!

Molly was a fantastic host, very warm and attentive. Our room had a partial view of the Tangerine Sea, and the hotel was super close to the beach, which was perfect for the kids to play in the sand. We'd definitely come back if we have the chance!
