酒店硬件都不錯，在煙台算是比較好的酒店了。服務稍微跟不上，早餐區域在一樓，冬天冷而且菜品涼的快。房間比較大，熱水供應不錯，高樓層視野好可以看到海邊。商務出差家庭旅行都是不錯的選擇！

游完養馬島後，沿濱海大道，一路美景，不到20公里20幾分鐘的車程， 到達煙台南山皇冠假日酒店；酒店雖然有一定的年份，但設施維護得挺好，無論是房間內還是公共場所都是乾淨整潔；酒店座落在海濱靠近煙台大學，北向房間窗外是無敵海景和大片的樹林，往西北離漁人碼頭、濱海廣場和炮台山也不算遠，往南走一公里多就是萊山區的熱鬧地兒，我們選擇在榮祥海鮮吃的晚飯，超級好吃還不貴，煙台的海鮮果然名不虛傳；南山皇冠假日酒店的早餐也值得稱道，品種多，品質好，竟然還有現包現煮的鮁魚餃子，雖然不像榮祥的鮁魚餃子那麼大個，但一樣的美味；五星級酒店，四星的房價，再來煙台萊山，南山皇冠假日酒店將是不二選擇！

It's nice to stay at Crowne Plaza Yantai Hotel. Everything is good, especially the restaurant and the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Will come back again. Highly recommend the BBQ restaurant attached to the hotel, very good!

預訂後馬上就有酒店員工打電話詢問到店時間和喜好，陳慧娟還加了微信在住期間一直跟進。到店後發現客房服務員温馨的留言，很是感動。酒店是有些年頭但是衞生打掃還是挺乾淨的

出差原因短暫入住，有健身房，24小時可以使用。就是10點後需要找人開門，酒店樓層高，但有8部電梯，早飯品類也齊全，就是房間裝修太老了。

酒店地理位置很好，服務態度很好Winnie入住之前提前打電話詢問入住訊息，很貼心的服務，入住期間有問題也很積極的解決，有團隊入住也很貼心的告知了避開早餐高峯的時間，但是房間空調温度因季節原因已經低功運行無法調控，入住期間有團隊，總體還可以吧
