Yantai Binhai Rezen hotel

Got upgraded to a sea-view king room, and I could see the ocean in the distance. The room was super clean and modern. The location is really convenient, not far from Chaoyang Street and Suochengli. The hotel staff were all very polite and excellent. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

The room was spacious with a view of Yantai Mountain from the window. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. The bedding was comfortable, and the smart home devices by Xiaodu throughout the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us apples as a parting gift. The location is great, making it very convenient to get to nearby attractions.

Facilities: New, beautifully decorated, with a washer and dryer, including individually packaged laundry detergent. Hygiene: Satisfied, very clean. Breakfast: Excellent spread, plus complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies. Service: Fantastic! When I was leaving, the lovely lady at the front desk even gave me two Yantai apples. Environment: Great location, close to Chaoyang Street and Yantai Mountain. The station isn't far either, making it convenient for buses and ferries.

Came to Yantai with my husband and I have to rave about this Livat hotel! They upgraded us to a sea-view room for free since they had availability, which was super nice of them. Plus, there's complimentary hand-ground coffee in the lobby. And the room facilities? Amazing! I especially loved the self-cleaning bidet, and there was even an AI smart speaker. The lights automatically turn on when you enter the room, and the curtains are automated too. If I ever come back to Yantai, I'm definitely staying here again!

The hotel room was comfortable and clean, and the shower had good water pressure. There's free coffee in the lobby, and the staff were really warm and attentive. They even gave us a free room upgrade! Plus, the hotel is super close to Chaoyang Street, just a short walk away.

Service: The hotel service was excellent, every staff member I encountered was great. The front desk even helped us with a late check-out, big thumbs up! 👍👍👍 Hygiene: The cleanliness was okay, but there were some hairs on the sofa and bed. It would be great if they could double-check next time! 💪 Facilities: All the facilities were very convenient, especially the coffee machine in the lobby. Location: The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to everything.

Very satisfied! This is a hotel I stay at often. Today it was fully booked, so I splurged on a suite. It was very spacious and even had a bathtub with a disposable liner, which was a great touch!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Chaoyang Street and Yantai Mountain, both within easy walking distance. We were satisfied with the room and the service! The breakfast was good, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. We'd definitely come back if we get the chance!
