The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and also gave us a late check-out, which made our stay much more comfortable. When my friend became unwell, the staff even helped us by arranging an ambulance. Their support was truly appreciated.
The rooms are simple and comfortable. There were a few small signs of mold, but nothing that made the stay unpleasant. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions.
Overall, the friendly service and great location made our stay a very good experience. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Great location, there's a main bus stop outside of the hotel, and around 10 minutes to the train station. Service was also nice.

Aifeel Hotel is so near to city center. Their staff was very kind and had very high hospitality. Cleaning was very well. In breakfast, I wanted to see more types of food, but I didn’t see so much. If you go to business to Yantai, you can stay comfortably. I write these feelings thinking the hotel has 3 stars and has reasonable price.

就是考慮離火車站近，所以選了這家酒店總體來説位置還比較好，但是房間裏面那個下水道的會非常的重前台服務也比較好，門口就是南大街窗户不能打開打開以後比較吵，其次就是房間裡頭感覺可能士林路的問題會比較大房間的空氣不太好

乾淨衞生，前台服務的態度特別好，有幫我們安排小食房繼續休息，還贈送了早餐的券，酒店有服務的機器人可以送外賣上樓很方便

旅遊旺季酒店除了貴沒毛病。位置在市中心，各大商場和景點都在周圍。房間設施很不錯，大床很舒服兩個人寬敞，洗衣服也方便交給前台就好了，服務很棒。早餐品種豐富味道也不錯，點的外賣機器人送上門。唯一不足是房間臨街很吵，半夜都有汽車轟轟的聲音。

酒店位置很好，去景區做公交非常方便。早餐不錯，酒店的礦泉水很好喝、孩子很喜歡、主要是不限量、尤其在這個很熱的季節，忘記拍個水的照片了；比很多酒店強！晚上11點的火車，又買個小時房，不用換房間，前台美女們服務好，下次還住他家，非常贊！
