This is probably the worst Atour hotel I've stayed at in my hundreds of stays. The rooms are small, the facilities are outdated, and while the pictures of the decor look great, the reality is quite different. The shower faucet kept falling off, which infuriated me, and there's no regular maintenance. The only unique thing about the hotel is the openwork design in the middle. I didn't want to give a bad review, and I'd already calmed down—doing business is tough, after all. But the follow-up call was absolutely terrible. I just wanted to complain about the poor stay, and before I could finish, they hung up on me?! This hotel has management problems from top to bottom. It's not worth the 300+ yuan price tag. There are many comparable options; be careful when choosing this hotel!
