Good: comfortable position to the historical objects, cafes, museums Bad: When you enter the hotel there are artificial flowers (all in dust) all the way to the reception - the feeling of being at the funeral...Instead of a spectacular river view from the window really you can see a steamboat, a concrete "thing" and just a tiny piece of Volga. Very noisy. The room is small and stuffy.

Четырёхместный номер бронировали за полтора месяца. Оказался по факту малюсеньким двухместным с раскладным диваном, куда два взрослых человека при всём желании не влезут. О понятии «клиентоориентированность» здесь никогда не слышали. Администратор не приложила никаких усилий, чтобы помочь решить сложившуюся ситуацию. Руководству тоже наплевать на комфорт своих гостей, по всей видимости. Переселить нас якобы некуда. «Можем предложить раскладушку за 500р/сутки» 😂 Две розетки сгоревшие и заклеены скотчем. Под кроватью тапки предыдущих гостей. Из плюсов - водичка в кулере)) В целом - ужасно! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

Ужасный отель, бронировали заранее может быть где-то за месяц в итоге перед приездом позвонил уточнил актуально ли бронь сказали что да. По приезду обнаружили что нашей брони нет и ничего не смогли сделать в итоге в срочном порядке нам пришлось искать другой отель. Ужасное место при возможности советую не заселяться!

Все прошло отлично, без лишних заморочек и минусов Бутилированная водичка и чай были как воздух нужны с дороги и они там оказались Цена и качество оказанных услуг очень радуют Все что нужно есть, услуги не навязывают Самое главное не пытаются выбить из твоего кошелька побольше денег

Спасибо администратору Марии, очень приятная, откликается на просьбы, профессионал своего дела! Гостиница понравилась! Рекомендую. Гостиница чистая, красивая, все рядом. Гостиница в центре, рядом набережная, пешеходная улица, Советская площадь.

Отель находится в низине набережной, в целом место расположение не плохое. Достаточно чисто, НО! Все перечеркнул шум. В стенах проходит вентиляция от ресторана Ханой, и ощущение, что ты проживаешь в аэро трубе. Выключают только после 23:00, когда ресторан заканчивает свою работу. Мы били со 2-го по 4-го января, и учитывая холод совсем до ночи не погуляешь. Кстати в самой гостинице тоже не жарко, первую ночь спала в спортивном костюме и под двумя одеялами (спасибо, что второе дали). Очень холодно в санузле, так как полотенце сушитель работает, только когда в кране включаешь воду. Испортило нам это проживание сильно впечатление от поездки. Для тех кто поедет, при заселении не вздумайте отменять свою бронь (они просят), я теперь не могу отзыв отставить на ресурсе, где бронировала, атм рейтинг у отеля очень высокий.
