Слышала много разных отзывов о данной гостинице. Были среди них и плохие и хорошие. Из плохих были : наличие рядом ж/д путей( якобы мешает спать) - нет! Не мешает. Лично я не слышала поезд ни разу. Что нет лифта. Да, его нет. 2 звёзды не подразумевает под собой наличие лифта. Если вам тяжело занести свои вещи, вам с лёгкостью поможет персонал ( охрана к примеру), если вы попросите. Что рядом находится дорога, и очень шумно. Да, находится, и да шумно. Но вы можете попросить размещение с окнами выходящими во двор. Что плохая столовая. Еду не солят. - Столовая не плохая. Еду солят, но не много. Это не потому-что повар плохой, а потому что многие люди не едят соль, или им вообще ее нельзя. Для тех, кто любит посолоней, на столах стоят соломки. Вы всегда можете досолить. По поводу чистоты, вопросов вообще нет. Мою комнату убирали каждый день. Несколько раз за мое пребывание меняли постельное белье ( я жила 11 дней) Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Я жила на 2м этаже. Дежурная по этажу очень приятная женщина. Всегда придёт на помощь. В гостинице есть доп.услуги. Вас могут разбудить, когда вам нужно. Сменить внепланово белье и полотенца. Донести мыльные принадлежности. Подать завтрак в номер. Здесь можно воспользоваться компьютером, утюгом, отпаривателем и микроволновой печью БЕСПЛАТНО. Круглосуточная охрана и камеры. Парковка. Живности никакой не заметила. Опять же повторюсь - уборка каждый день! Единственное, что мне не понравилось, это то, что ко мне на этаж заселили детей. Спортсмены. Сутки было очень шумно из-за них. Но это уже вопрос не к персоналу, а к тренеру, что не следил за своими подопечными. Вывод: если вы ищите бюджетную, тёплую, чистую гостиницу недалёко от центра, то «Турист» - то, что вам надо! P.S. Меня не подкупили, пишу от души!)

Приезжал на 2 дня по работе. Позвонил из москвы, договорился о позднем заезде и позднем выезде. Только по этому и выбрал этот отель. Заехал, ну и что, что в номере полы не мытые и муравьи ползают, зато не дорого. Ну и что, что горячей воды нет, идёт еле теплая, зато по ночам поезда хорошо слышно - не проспишь точно. Чистый воздух. Все идет как планировалось, но вдруг оказалось, что я как-то не так договорился о позднем выезде, и вообще такой услуги у них нет. Сотрудникам интересно создавать проблемы туристам. Не рекомендую.
