The hotel was really good. Excellent food, Facilities immaculate and staff charming. Only negative was being put outside main building. I should have specified as have a damaged leg and found stairs difficult.

Terrible experience
Unfriendly reception and rude cleaning ladies
Old and dirty rooms with cockroaches in the bathroom
Old rusted chains on the doors
Old yellowed refrigerator
Bed linen and towels are not exchanged
Stingy on shower gel
Key cards do not work properly and must be reactivated every day
Loud music late at night with very poor window isolation
All in all very bad experience
The hotel deserves 2-3 stars instead of 5 stars

It was a terrible experience the room is very far from the reception no elevator we would have to go up 2 floors each time the food was catastrophic. no air conditioning in the restaurant
The staff was very unmotivated like they respond rudely
For me it is a hotel that is worth 3 stars not 5

good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

Just comeback from an excellent holiday at thé diar lemdina ... This s the fort Time whene i Saw hôtel wiyhe this concept it was rooms in old city (madina).. I travelled withe my family and we all had a great time. What made our holiday was the staff. They work extremely hard to make sur that you have a lovely time. Big kiss for the animation team, the bar staff and the restaurant staff.. Friends you feel really that you are in traditional place you don't need taxi to moove every thing is never than you .. We would thoroughly recommend and will be back ..

I just came back from spending the holiday at Le Royal Hammamet hotel and I can only recommend this place to you! Service is quick, buffet is very generous and maybe the best thing in this hotel are guys in animation team!!! There is somebody to cater to your ever need. Special shoutout to Mario, who was very friendly and even talked with us about Tunisia in general, I really liked that, he really was there for our every need, truly the best! Evening entertainment was really fun, there were karaoke (which is nice because you get to know a lot of different songs from different countries), live music, even live sax player! I can recommend this place!!! 👍🏼
