Vincci Marillia

One of the best hotels we've been to. Of course lots of people saying 'why there' when you tell then you're off to Tunisia because of events in the VERY distant past but forget that entirely and move on. Very clean hotel with the best staff ever. Every person here speaks to you! Nothing was too much trouble. We went during Ramadan so things were very quiet indeed. Not much going on outside of the hotel as bars etc are also affected by Ramadan and they are bit of a walk away but well worth doing. Saying that though the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure you had a good time. The room was comfortable and very clean. We had a small problem with the toilet flush breaking but it was sorted in about 10 minutes after reporting it to reception. The food was OK with the biggest problem being when it ran low/out it wasn't replenished quickly or at all. Something that they need to improve on. When we were there there was some minor building work going on but of course Tui didn't tell us about that. Not to worry though as it was just installing decking and general maintenance work so a little noisy at times and nothing to spoil the enjoyment. Overall the pools, the beach and various other facilities are great even tough some were closed as the season hadn't properly started so be aware of that if you're planning an out of season trip there. So question is, would I go back again? Yes in a heartbeat. We would have gone back to the Vincci but the group we are with for our next trip have already booked a hotel across the road for November. Finally worth a mention are: the reception staff, the cleaners, Amir (Daytime barman), the night time bar staff, the animation team of Big Sam, Sam, Enzo and last but not least Naymar! Apologies if I missed anyone.

Only 30 minutes from Enfidha airport. The check in was quick. We were given food and drinks on arrival whilst our luggage was taken to the rooms. The hotel caters mainly for the French but TUI are working on more tourists from the UK in the coming months. The rooms are big & clean having fantastic views of the pool and sea. The grounds are spectacular and the beach is on site. The outdoor swimming pool is massive and there’s also a heated one indoor. Food is served in the buffet restaurant which was delicious for an all inclusive resort that’s relatively priced. I enjoyed all of the dishes that were offered. There was a beautiful selection of salads daily. Although the hotel was quiet in January, the staff made our stay very comfortable. Most of them speak many languages so communication is not a problem. The animation team make it as entertaining as possible offering activities all day. Big love to Mimi, Katya, Mario, Sam & Pikachu for making us feel welcomed. There is a great little disco where most of the evening entertainment takes place. DJ Ali will play whatever music you want so you can have a dance to that you like Hammamat is not far in a taxi. There are plenty of things to do outside of the resort. Please attend the morning meeting with the TUI rep who will advise you on excursions and give you rough prices on groceries etc Be sure to ask them any questions. The air conditioning works very poorly. Max cooling to 25 degrees. Clean. Kitchen huge and delicious. Very friendly staff. Internet only in the lobby in the morning. Nice team of animators and on the plus side that every day interesting evening activities.

Great rooms for couple with view on sea, great food, many kind of dishes and supports in restaurant by best waiter Hama and many leisiure activities and animations conducted by coach Fatii, she is verry helpful for people who never been in Tunisia and they dont know about local culture :)

Animations! I would like to start with this because animations team makes great job. Animations are prepared for every kind of.people. The team is a smiling group od people which want you to be entertained all.the time. Many sports, many activities, from early morning to the evening. Its really nice. Hotel ok, not perfect but nice clean. Every person is.smiling all.the time. Food really nice.

A hotel worth recommending. Beautiful views, varied food, friendly service. The restaurant has a huge selection of dishes, lots of seafood, delicious desserts. Friendly waiters and bartenders, especially Ahmed and Salim, who fill orders quickly. Hardworking cleaning lady, Fatima. A place worth returning to.

This was our second visit to the Marillia Hotel,again we had a great time from the first day. The hotel is a short walk from the airport,in a beautiful part of Yasmine Hammamet near the Medina,this is a great advantage. The reception staff are lovely,helpful and always smiling.We got a room without much waiting.The rooms are spacious,the furnishings are a little older,but they were always beautifully clean and tidy.The maids are lovely and helpful. The restaurant always had a varied selection,the food was very good,we never missed anything and the waiters were great. Very good waiters were also in the lounch bar and in the pool bar! My daughter and I appreciated the clean,sandy beach,the gradual entrance to the sea and the large-always clean-pool.On our visit in August there was a bit of a problem with the sunbeds on the beach and by the pool,but it was always sorted out in the end.During our stay in September, the capacity was much better. The hotel was quieter, but the entertainment was always perfectly taken care of, thanks to the professional animation team, who with great enthusiasm always tried to draw everyone into the fun all day.The most entertaining was ⭐️Sam⭐️,his incredible energy during Zumba&AquaAerobics.The evening show was also always super-dance,music,singing and quiz,always a nice change at the end of the day.The animation team is simply great! This is the perfect place to relax and have fun.We would love to come back. ❤️☀️

Food, cleaning and atmosphere are wonderful. I liked everything, a lot of places to lie, to swim, also good animation work with activities in swimming pool and other sports or dancing activities. All service personnel are super friendly and smiling.
