Family of 4 here. Awesome experience, will definitely comeback. I fet very spoiled on our stay here. 10/10 for excellent customer service. I was amazed how the staff handle the customers, its been a busy week on our stay here, but staffs remains composed and calm. Friendly and accomodating, couldnt remember all their names but to name a few are Singhe very helpful and Damla, at Tokyo Bar- she makes the best cocktails even without on the menu. Highly recommended Hands off to Senna at palm bar too, aswell as all other staff at the bars. All the staffs at ala-carte dinner, Dagukan the asst mgr. Baran at Italian restaurant. Can’t recall all their names but staff were magnificent The place is clean, rooms were checked and cleaned once a day; mini fridge being refilled every day. New towels provided almost every day. Rooms are big. Comfy bed and pillows. Internet access available 24/7. Different Shows every night, and also on some afternoon. I just wished people show more appreciation to them. If able, tip if you can Coming from England. You wouldnt able to experience this type of service. The reason why i appreciate the service much more. Hands off to the managament. I wish you all the best in the future. Take care of the employees as everyone has been working extremely well with passion. Hopefully, will be back next year for another 7 night stay. 5/5 for the hotel. 100/10 for excellent customer service

We stayed the week after the hotel opened, during the very busy public holidays. There was one really poor day where the hotel didn’t cope with the volume of people but this was responded to quickly by management - more tables for snack area and an additional lunchtime restaurant opened. Credit where it is due. + Rooms are lovely and clean, maids are wonderful. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath. Lovely view from balcony. + Pool area was nice. Cocktails provided by staff on roller blades! + A la carte restaurant food was very good quality. We tried all 4 available and the Italian and Asian were our favourites. + Pre dinner drinks in the Tokyo bar were a delight. Bar was quiet and could watch the sunset. - Service dipped when hotel was full. Had to go looking for menus/drinks/cutlery. - The beach is so disappointing. Not the soft white sand pictured but grainy and n it pleasant to walk on/play in. - Booked a late check out in the app but when I went to settle the bill for this on our final day the staff said there was no room!! Eventually moved us to a dingy, horrible ‘cell’ and still charged the full €80. Overall good value. Kusadasi castle and Ephesus are both worth a visit whilst you’re there.

First impressions brilliant! Welcomed with a glass on arrival. Rooms are big and clean, fridges are stocked everyday A lot of time spent at Palm court bar, the bar staff really friendly especially Sena nur, Murat, Gamze and Enes. Sena nur got to know our names and our drinks. The bar is open 24 hours. Entertainment is on point and able to cater for all ages. Kids club staff are friendly and welcoming . The staff and management are keen for feedback to improve the service. It's been a fantastic holiday thank you Liberty.

Just returned home after spending a week in this fabulous hotel, I’ve been to Turkey a fair few times and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in this country, Reception area, wow, stunning interior, rooms are excellent and very spacious with separate jacuzzi bath and shower, mini bar restocked every day, restaurant food was plentiful and always had a good choice, pools were excellent with a really nice adults only pool with it’s own bar, loads of sunbeds and never an issue getting one what ever time of day, the hotel staff I encounter where friendly and happy to help, kusadasi centre is only a short taxi ride away, 200 lira, taxi rank outside hotel, definitely worth a visit with lots of bars, restaurants and shops, usually a cruise ship in dock and that’s a site to see, only misleading thing about the hotel is the holiday websites don’t show you a new hotel been built next door when advertising the hotel so there is a rather large building site, but don’t let this put you off, all in all a very enjoyable holiday and will would return to this hotel in the future.

Hotel could be so much better I understand it's only just started up after being taken over but service and food quality wasn't the best. The rooms smelt really bad we arrived at the hotel around 12:30am didn't get settled into bed untill around 2am, first we went straight to the night time buffet hardly anything there bread and so that's all not good with 3 young hungry kids didn't want to go the patisserie and feed them cakes at that time so went to the room. The smell from the shower was like stagnant water, rang reception straight away said come see us in the morning we physically couldn't stay in the room so asked to change after waiting a while we got moved 2 floors down again smelt the same, they sent someone to "fix it" sprayed something down the shower then onto the curtains didn't work. Complained again the next day went to see some more rooms before we moved everything all over again all smelt the same on every side of the hotel was told to just air the room out and it will go soon, it never. The service in the main restaurant isn't the best but much better than lunch, the man who brushes the floor in the main restaurant was lovely remembered my daughters name each time and made a fuss of her every time he seen her! The lady who does the milkshakes was amazing looked after my children when ever they would go in making a big fuss of them and always came over and spoke to us if she seen us around the hotel. Staff in the snack bar was awful waiting 20 minutes to be asked what drink you want then eventually coming back with them and waiting another half an hour for food which 9/10 was always wrong, always forgetting food or bringing out the wrong thing. The qr codes on the table are ridiculous, WiFi isn't the best so your waiting for that to even load before you can pick what you want, the staff aren't good with English so don't have a clue what your saying would make more sense to be able to order your own food using the qr code. The portion sizes are way too small there's no kids menu so every meal is the same size, half a pizza and a few chips for a child is fine for an adult doesn't make sense ended up ordering 2 meals each time. Entertainment wasn't too bad but be nice to have a few chairs around to sit on, the bars not really far away but when your waiting a while to be served takes about 15 minutes just to get a drink. The kids entertainment wasn't good few songs and that's it be nice to do a small kids show to get them involved rather than just dancing, the songs are mainly German too. Food in the main restaurant was hit and miss, the kids section is awful there either nuggets or pasta and the baby section had a few biscuits and other things that you just wouldn't feed to a small baby. The a la cartes were a nightmare to book in we managed to get into the Asian which wasn't good the duck I physically couldn't even cut it was that tough I don't eat a single bite couldn't even be bothered to ask for another service is really s

We had high expectations based on previous reviews and we had a decent stay. It is a great 3-4 star but I'd not rate it as a 5 star. I'll list both the positives and negatives in the hope that it may help others before they choose. Positives: 1. Nice clean room and hotel. 2. Very pleasant and friendly staff 3. Great waterpark 4. Pool side restaurant and the Chinese restaurant are really good Negatives: 1. Food food food - very limited options for vegetarians, yes they had lots of salads, fruits and antipasti, but that's pretty much what you will have. Buffet was not very impressive if you are vegetarian and food items are also not properly labelled. Most of the staff doesn't understand English, so even with their best intentions to help they cannot confidently say if a dish contains meat or not. 2. Understaffed - on busy days (weekends) you could be fighting to find a table, deck chairs and cutlery. Hotel is understaffed, and struggles to cope up with high number of guests. During our stay there were 2 occasions when we couldn't find bowls, and the restaurant ran out of food.

Just returned last night, we ware family of four with 2 boys. We arrived late into the night and was greeted by a young lady who sat us down and told us all about the hotel and lead us to our room. The room us one of the best we ha e stayed in. We had two queen size beds, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. Balcony with side view looking onto the mountains and sea. There is a free filled mini bar with your basic water, beer, fizzy pop and juice. The room has slippers and bathrobes, kettle. There was a late night dinner service in the buffet which was nice. However on the first night the electric to our room tripped twice and had to call reception. They were prompt each time but at mid night all we wanted to do was sleep. The hotel has an app which I tried to register many times over a few days but kept getting error messages. The Italian a la carte we wanted to book was full for three days in a row and we gave up in the end. There is a large variety of food in the buffet with a huge selection of fresh salad and fruit which was really nice. There is daily fresh fish cooked on the bbq outside. I would say that you would not struggle with food here. The drinks are of good quality for cocktails and hot drinks. The milkshake bar was hit and miss. The kids game room is a nice touch. There was however a few issues we had and the biggest being the service. I found the service to be very poor and there was only the lady in the lobby bar who was attentive and chatty. Every day without fail we had to get up and ask a waiter to take our drinks. The worst being in the snack bar. The service was very slow at the bar and there was a lack of knowledge of drinks from the waiters there. The food was good quality however I found it either lacked flavor or was too salty. The kids however very much enjoyed the holiday, entertainment and the slides. The beach is non existent soo if that is factor for you I would not recommend this hotel. This is our fifth time to Turkey and unfortunately this has been our least favourite hotel and we would not return.

Amazing hotel , very clean , great serive and Umet and the entertainment team are outstanding. So fun to be with in a relaxed and entertaining way. fabulous dancing, good live music and underground discos . something for everyone.would definitely come again ❤️❤️

This is a fabulous resort, very clean, food is great, cocktails are amazing! The entertainment team are attentive and fun! Rooms are cleaned and mini fridge replenished every day and rooms are huuuge, best room iv had I think! Kusadasi town also very pretty and full of shops for your fake needs. My kids ( very unfortunately) didn't go to kids club but that looked fab and had lots of activities on..plus I think they provided a couple hours after 830pm mini disco so parents could have some time out which is a real plus..the staff there seemed lovely and we're keen to get the kids involved in activities! There was decent entertainment every night and bands on til late. But once your doors shut in your room, you can't hear a thing! The a la cartes were easy to book, but didn't manage to eat at the Italian which may be the most popular but really enjoyed the Mexican. Buffet restaurant is all good, I'm not fussy and pretty open to trying new food, so tbh if you aren't, there's chips and the usual bland food, but I enjoyed all the Turkish cuisine and salads and cakes and there's a BBQ always outside. I had to wait for drinks sometimes but I'm Scottish and drink a lot..and cocktails take time..of which there is such a variety!!! There's so much food and drink to choose from in general! I can't think of a negative here..water park and beach great, kids were happy, I was happy. Good work to all the staff and management x
