Excellent place! It's located a bit outside the center of Kuşadası, in the Yavansu area, but I actually see that as a plus rather than a downside. The beautifully designed and well-maintained green grounds are truly impressive, and the gardener's work deserves high praise. It's a real oasis on the coast! We stayed in the main building, and had absolutely no complaints about the rooms, their size, condition, or the quality of cleaning. Everything was top-notch and comfortable. There's a fantastic pool for both kids and adults, a small gym, a convenient beach club, and its own fenced-off swimming area. If any friends or acquaintances plan to visit Kuşadası, I will definitely recommend this place! P.S. There are a few points, purely business-wise, that aren't super convenient for guests staying more than two nights: the beach area closes at 6 PM to set up restaurant tables, and on weekends, there are discos until 1 AM, the sound of which can be heard in the rooms.

Very good vacation hotel in Kusadasi, with good sea view overseeing the Aegean Sea.  Good restaurant for breakfast and viewing the sunset prior to having a decent dinner.  Also facilitating a nice spa with Turkish bath and massage.  Staff are all hospitable.  Good hotel to stay in Kusadasi.

The hotel itself is excellent, but the reception staff ruined everything - they were absolutely unfriendly, especially the Russian-speaking lady named Maria, who was extremely unpleasant to communicate with!

One of the best hotels in the area, with a very beautiful environment. The reason for deducting points for the ambiance is that a party was taking place that day, and even though the rooms were relatively far away, it still affected the atmosphere. The music played loudly until 1 AM, as shown in the accompanying photos. Upon entering, guests were greeted with champagne. The staff were friendly and attentive, speaking fluent and standard English. Right on the Aegean coast, the scenery is picturesque. The breakfast was delicious; in addition to the standard breakfast, guests could also order from the menu at no extra charge. Dinner was tasty, but a bit pricey. If you don't mind the potential noise from queues at night, or if you can sleep with headphones on, this is a great choice.

Everything was great except the food was awful for the second time in a row.

Very beautiful hotel with a private beach. There should be many people in summer. The dinner in the restaurant is also delicious. The breakfast is very local. The hotel's large balcony is very beautiful, facing the sea.

Overall it's good, the scenery is good, but I'm not used to the breakfast. There's nothing I can do about it. I'm not used to the local taste.

The restaurant is super delicious, not a single dish is disappointing, and the sea view is also very good. I look forward to coming again next time

Very bad hotel

The room was very comfortable. I accidentally got a twin room, but the layout was still very beautiful. The garden balcony, swimming pool and sea view, the seaside restaurant was also great, breakfast was ordered, and the service was thoughtful. The only thing that was not comfortable was that the party lasted until midnight...

The hotel front desk explained the hotel very patiently, with no accent in English, which was easy to understand. It was very friendly to tourists from non-English speaking countries like me. The breakfast was rich and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was exquisite and tasted good.

The hotel is new but the bar is very noisy at night
