#好評#對房內採光，鄰近活動滿意；酒店位置挺好的，对面是一个公园，上边有个很大的商场，离市区景点走路大概十分钟
一楼餐厅，种类不多，450卢布一个人也不算贵
二楼房间食物味道特别大
电梯是老房子加装的电梯，有点小有点慢。有时候会停在楼层中间，太吓人了

Номер был выбран стандарт на две ночи. Что понравилось: приятный интерьер, в отеле и номере чисто, разнообразный шведский стол, вкусно приготовлено. Из минусов. 1. В номере кондиционер (как и указано на сайте, проспектах и т.д), но он не работает! Когда заселилась, в номере было +27 градусов!!! На второй день 26! Духота. Администратор посоветовала только открыть окно. Хорошая идея. Но из-за уличного шума (трамваи, машины) было невозможно уснуть. На вторую ночь было ещё интереснее: увлажнитель воздуха был в нерабочем состоянии и администратор отказалась этот вопрос решать, тк: «Из сотрудников я одна в отеле...», то есть заботы о здоровом сне нет: либо душно и окно закрыто, либо окно открыто, но из-за шума не уснёшь. 2. Клиентоориентированность нулевая. У администратора цель получить оплату, выдать ключ. Заинтересованности и единой команды нет. Я первый раз в этом отеле и видела только фото. Только на вторую ночь, когда не спалось, решила почитать буклеты. Оказывается есть доп. услуги, про которые администратор даже не заикнулась. А ведь можно было спросить: «Вы первый раз у нас останавливаетесь?» и рассказать о возможностях отеля. Уже напоследок, женщина (не представилась, наверно, повар и управляющая в одном лице) сказала, что можно было попросить беруши (оказывается!) или поменять комнату. Номера же были! Но админ сказала, что свободных стандартных номеров нет. Противоречивость. Эта же женщина предложила мне компенсацию за бессонные ночи - оплатить третью ночь по такой же цене (5000р), только комната будет чуть побольше размером и с лучшей шумоизоляцией!Но я решила переехать в другой отель. 3. Шумоизоляция слабая. Слышно голоса и телевизор 4. Вишенка на торте - оборванная обивка на мебели! На обоих креслах с обеих сторон оторванный кант. Этого невозможно не увидеть, когда двигаешь кресло. Уборку же делают каждый день! Неприятно. Уважающий себя отель будет содержать мебель в таком состоянии?
