Очень понравилось. Архитектура здания класс. Конферансье, вежливый персонал, шведский стол очень разнообразный, парковка просторная. Номера чистые, уютные. Два просторных лифта со стеклянными стенами, при подъёме открывается прекрасная смотровая зона.

Доброго дня, не рекомендую отель к заселению. Заехала, чтобы отдохнуть, чего сделать не удалось. 4 раза пришлось спускаться туда-сюда с 7 этажа, так как не работала ключ-карта. Над моим номером велись ремонтные работы, о чем меня не предупредили и пришлось весь вечер слушать "любимый стук- и сверло-трек" и закидываться обезболивающим от головы. На мое возражение, мне просто сказали "вам должны были сообщить при заселении" и все. Клиентоориентированность просто на "высшем" уровне.

Второй рас останавливаюсь в Атриуме, будучи в командировке. Хочется отметить вкусные разнообразные завтраки и чистоту номеров. Но что особенно приятно, так это внимательность сотрудников) так получилось, что с командировкой совпал мой День Рождения, и было безумно приятно найти вечером по возвращению в номер пирожнику и поздравления ❤️ Это и есть клиентоориентированность)

Потрясающий отель! Удобное расположение. Останавливалась по работе, заселили в номер возле лифта , попросила поменять подальше и заменили на Люкс. Нигде не встречала такого отзывчивого отношения! Персонал очень вежливый, не навязчивый. Завтраки разнообразные, очень вкусные, уборка каждый день, номер чистый, все просьбы учитываются мгновенно. Твердая пятерка+. И еще сам отель очень красивый! С удовольствием приеду еще .

Ожидал от отеля многого. Но, большой и, судя по описанию хороший СПА есть, но по факту пользоваться им нельзя,так как есть ограничение по количеству и всегда места заняты, особенно с учетом того,что пользоваться им могут не только постояльцы отеля, но и люди с улицы. Так что,по факту его нет! Завтраки так себе,не всё свежее, на пять звезд не тянут. Обслуживание в Венском кафе БЕЗУМНО долгое и бестолковое. Я заказал определенное меню ЗА ЧЕТЫРЕ ЧАСА ДО обеда,но все равно ждал 30 минут и мне официант ТРИ РАЗА приносил не то,что я заказал. В итоге, я поесть так и не успел!!! Пришлось что-то побросать в коробку и взять с собой... Не советую этот отель,возьмите что-то попроще и адекватнее.
