예약했던 방과 틀려서 3만원 더내고 옮겼다.기분이 나빴지만 어쩔수 없었다.고급스럽진 않아도 잠깐 있기는 좋았다.

인스타그램을 위한 곳 같았습니다. 사진이 잘 나올만한 곳으로만 신경쓰신 듯 해요..
호텔이 기본적으로 갖고 있어야 할 서비스 부분은 많이 부족해 보였습니다. 일단 필요 인력이 많이 부족해 보이구요, 비용절감을 많이 하려고 세심한 관리는 소홀히 한다는 느낌을 지울 수가 없네요. 방에 패브릭 소파는 쿠션이 꺼져서 앉아있기 많이 불편했습니다. 옷을 보관한 장도 없고, 밥을 안해먹더라도 개수대 정도는 있으면 좋은데.. 그런 것이 없어서 불편했습니다.
제 평은 이 리조트는 그냥 "그럴 듯" 한 리조트입니다.

코브B206 투숙객이었습니다.
난방기 고장으로 새벽에 추워서 깻는데
새벽이라 7시까지 기다렸다가 프론트에 말씀드려
오셔서 조취해주셨으나 20분 가동후 다시 고장났습니다ㅜ
그래도 응대해주시던 직원분께서 온풍기를
가져다주셔서 많이 춥지않게 퇴실준비할수있었구요.
새벽이른시간이지만 직원분이 친절히 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다.
아무래도 지어진지 오래되어 욕실 군데군데 부식이나 노후되어
관리가 미흡해보였으나 객실 위생은 전체적으로 나쁘지않았습니다.
침대쪽 콘센트위치가 불편해서 충전기줄이 긴걸챙겨오시면
덜불편할것같구요.편의점은 대체적으로 비싸서ㅜ 구비해서오시는것이 좋을것같습니다.코브B동은 1층로비나 복도에서 바다비린내같은게
심하게 나는데 객실에선 신기하게 안나네요..
밤에 보는 뷰가 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 인스타에서 보는것만큼 화려하진않았지만
아얘 거품은아니었구요 ^^;
여수풀빌라 평균 가격보다 저렴한편이라서 여수방문시 한번쯤
묵고갈만한 숙소

B동을 찾기가 쉽지않았고 비와서 조금 불편했지만 조용하고 셀프체크인이라 편했어요! 수영장이랑 이용못해서 아쉬웠지만 푹자고 쉬고갔습니다.

가족들과 휴식 겸, 휴가 겸 방문했어요.
객실은 그나마 괜찮았지만…;;
실내 수영장은 관리가 너무 안됐어요…(거미줄, 날파리)
특히 청소가 제대로 되지 않았는지…곳곳에 물이끼가 있어서 미끄럽기도 하고, 위생상 보기가 좋지 않았어요…
실내 수영장안에 근무하는 직원들은 앉아서, 핸드폰만…;;
가성비로 찾았지만.. 차라리..
직원들 서비스도 그다지…;;
여러가지로 실망이요.. 여수에서 경쟁력을 갖추려면, 더 신경쓰셔야 할 듯 합니다…
