Everything was good, but the bedding was too dusty
Both the table and the chair.
Overall cleanliness was not good.
The staff are friendly, but a bit stuffy??...
I didn't feel systematic.

It seems that the staff in charge of check-in needs more training. It's not that they're unfriendly, but that they don't know the check-in procedure. It's a little disappointing that coffee is only Maxim Coffee Mix.

I stayed at the hotel on Saturday and slept, but it was too cold

I went down to the front desk at 5 and talked.
The front desk clerk confirmed that it was 21 degrees.
So I asked for 2 heaters and went to the room.
And in the second picture, the heating device on the ceiling was noisy and did not work.
What should I do with this?
