This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had.
The rooms were clean, but they looked nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures are misleading, and the actual rooms are far less appealing.
The biggest issue was the swimming pool. According to the hotel's schedule, it closes at 10:00 PM. I arrived at 8:50 PM specifically to swim, but it had already been closed. When I politely asked why it had closed earlier than the posted hours, the staff member simply walked away in the middle of my question without giving me any explanation. That level of disrespect is unacceptable.
There was also an elderly man working at the pool café who kept staring at my body instead of answering my questions. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The staff overall were unfriendly and unprofessional.
The only positive thing I can say is that the bed was soft and comfortable. That's literally the only thing I enjoyed.
I would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

객실은 깨끗했지만, 사진과 실제 모습이 너무 달랐습니다. 광고 사진은 실제보다 훨씬 좋아 보이며, 기대와 전혀 달랐습니다.
가장 화가 났던 것은 수영장입니다. 운영시간은 밤 10시까지라고 되어 있었는데, 저는 수영하려고 오후 8시 50분에 갔음에도 이미 문을 닫아 있었습니다. 왜 운영시간보다 일찍 닫았는지 직원에게 정중하게 물어봤지만, 직원은 제 질문을 듣던 중 아무 설명도 하지 않고 그냥 가버렸습니다. 정말 무례한 대응이었습니다.
또한 수영장 카페에서 일하던 나이 많은 남성 직원은 제 질문에는 대답하지 않고 제 몸만 계속 쳐다봐서 매우 불쾌하고 불편했습니다.
직원들은 전반적으로 친절하지 않았고 서비스도 매우 실망스러웠습니다.
좋았던 점은 침대가 푹신하고 편했다는 것뿐입니다. 그게 유일한 장점이었습니다.
다시는 이 호텔에 오지 않을 것이며, 누구에게도 추천하지 않습니다.
