There was no one at reception for a good 5 minutes when I arrived. The staff is not friendly. There’s almost no service at all. Even when you call their reception no one picks up. Theres a bad odor in the elevators and corridors. The hotel is not clean. Their pool was closed by past 7. So I didn’t get to use it the night before. The next morning it was still closed I asked what time it opens they said at 10am. While checkout is at 11am. 🫠 I told them I needed to use the pool being the only reason I booked there and have other places to go. She eventually opened for me, this was around 8 a.m. perfect time for swimming before going about your day. Anyway the rooms are definitely not worth the money they charge no toothpaste or bottled water on site. Not even a coffee sachet. Just a double bed in one big room, not well maintained room a joke for the amount I paid considering that they don’t have any amenities. Don’t waste your money I booked a very nice stay for cheaper the next day, that pool is not worth it. Not even clean itself. There’s a cleaning machine inside the pool but there were lots of dead flies and insects in the corner when I removed the tube to use. The place looks like a motel to be honest, definitely not a 3star.
