Seriously, seriously, seriously, seriously, seriously, *do not* stay at this hotel. It's 2 AM Armenia time, and I'm still wide awake because the soundproofing at this hotel is absolutely atrocious. Every night, there are cars racing and people yelling outside the window. The hotel has zero sound insulation. It feels like you're sleeping right on a busy street. This hotel is just terrible. Paying 1900 for a cramped room with such terrible soundproofing – choosing this place is a huge mistake.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan. The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.
