Venice Hotel Complex

Very pleasant hotel with a huge pool. Mher was a great help to us; he's an impeccable staff member!

Positives: The room was beautiful and cozy, and the outdoor pool was great. Inside, the spa was amazing, though the hammam had a damp dog smell. The ladies at the reception were lovely, as was the guy who checked me in (May 26th, 10-11 PM). On the second day, a different man at the front desk was extremely unhelpful when I asked for an extra chair for my room. He suggested I go get it from the lobby myself. I find this level of service unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. Negatives: They use too much oil when cooking omelets; my stomach was not pleased. Also, there was no fish, like lightly salted trout, available for breakfast. All issues were resolved in the end (the chair was eventually brought to my room). We'll likely stay here again next time. The price-quality ratio is fair.

I had a standard room with a great view! The staff were friendly and accommodating, even with unusual requests. Everything was clean. The only minor drawback was that the hot water occasionally, and for short periods, went out.

Loved this hotel! It was clean, beautiful, and had delicious breakfasts. The sauna is open from 9 AM to 9 PM, and the indoor pool is really comfortable with a jacuzzi. There weren't many people, and the staff was super friendly.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are lovely and compact, always clean and tidy. There are plenty of common areas if you need to get some work done. The breakfasts are delicious and the view from the window is beautiful. Plus, there's a swimming pool, sauna, and relaxation area available. We absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be back!

I stayed in a standard room with a pool view. Pros: - The bed was very large and comfortable. - Daily housekeeping with towel changes and replenishment of water/tea/coffee. - The room had all necessary toiletries. Cons: - The bathroom had NO HOOKS and NO SHELVES AT ALL. Where are you supposed to hang towels or put shampoo and toothbrushes? It's baffling. Also, there's no extractor fan or clothes dryer in the bathroom. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue. - The staff wasn't particularly friendly, and it was difficult to reach the reception from the room; they just didn't answer the phone. During my stay (late May), the outdoor pool was closed because it was "too cold" and not heated. The indoor pool was quite comfortable and had a small jacuzzi. The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive. You could order an omelet with any vegetable filling from the chef.
