Nana Grand Hotel

They only speak English at the reception. The rooms are generally not bad but small, and were never cleaned during my stay. What surprised me was that the room was shown to me without taking off shoes. The rooms are on the second floor above the reception, so it's noisy and you can hear guests coming and going. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear the neighbors. Oh, and I forgot, it feels like you're sleeping on planks. Not worth the money.

If you're looking to be close to the city center, this isn't the place for you. The location wasn't an issue for us, though. The value for money is excellent. The staff are responsive, and they only speak English. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer). The internet worked perfectly! Only cable TV is available (if that matters to anyone). You can smoke in the inner courtyard, where there are chairs. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a solid four stars.

I think it's cheaper compared to the prices of surrounding hotels. The Chinese-style hotel I stayed at before this one had so many problems, so this was a great improvement.

They only speak English at reception. I liked the room, and the shower was in excellent condition. There's a supermarket nearby. I would definitely come back here.

We stayed from June 25th to June 29th, 2026. We only liked the location and that's all!!! Over 4 nights, they cleaned the room once, and only when we asked! Over 4 nights, three of them, around 11:00 PM, they turned off all the water, so I ran and told them there was no water. They cleaned the room once at our request and that was it! Trip says the room has a terrace, please correct this deception; there is not a single room with a terrace! It says the receptionists speak Russian, but that's also a lie; they speak either English or Armenian! Overall, my impression of the receptionists is negative; they showed no interest in the comfort of the guests! Overall, negatives everywhere.

The room is clean and conveniently located, a 20-minute walk from the city center. The plumbing is in good condition.
