The hotel is excellent! The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are delicious, with plenty of variety! The room cleaning was good, and the ladies at the front desk were lovely. It's very close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk. The main square with its evening lights was impressive. We also visited the Sherrep restaurant, which was very tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back!

My friend and I stayed for one night and were very pleased with the hotel and accommodations. It's a beautiful and modern hotel, and the rooms are clean with fresh renovations. We booked a standard room, which was a bit small but had two separate beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were clean and pristine white. The room included a refrigerator, kettle, and a large TV. We were also happy to find slippers and disposable hygiene kits. Breakfast is served buffet style. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, our stay was excellent! I highly recommend it!

The room had everything necessary: towels, an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were modest and European-style – eggs, sausages, pastries, a small selection of fruits, cheese, sujuk, and cereal with milk. There was a coffee machine for cappuccinos and tasty filter coffee. The location is good. I recommend the hotel. The staff speaks several languages.

The Holiday Inn in Yerevan provided an overall great experience! The brand's hygiene standards were consistently met, and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was also very convenient. While the room was indeed a bit compact, and the workspace was small for business travel, its cleanliness and comfort more than made up for it. I mistakenly noted the wrong check-out date, and unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so an extension wasn't possible. I was only reminded to check out at 2 PM, which is when I returned to pack my bags. The front desk didn't charge me a penalty, which, though a bit disappointing about the mix-up, was a very thoughtful gesture! I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Yerevan.

Great location, but the service was just okay. There was an old man charging for parking right outside, even though the front desk told me parking was free but that I should give him a tip. I was so confused.
