Great hotel which used to be the most luxury hotel of Armenia to serve the Upper Soviets. Nowadays an excellent luxury hotel with less restrictions. Happy to recommend the rooms with access to the executive lounge on the 6th floor, with great service and panoramic views of Republic Square from its balcony.

I rarely give big 5-star hotels anything less than a perfect rating, but this hotel is one of those rare exceptions! Aside from its impeccable location, everything else about this hotel is just average. My room was assigned to a side wing, which meant I had to drag my luggage all the way down a long corridor to the very end! I asked to be moved to a front-facing room, but the hotel claimed they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate my request. The room was large, but for a hotel costing over 2000 per night (excluding breakfast), the carpet actually had large gaps! The tissue box was empty! Room service was also very slow; perhaps they had to walk a long way to reach this corridor where my room was... In summary, the hotel is clearly quite old, and the service isn't up to par. It's not good value for money.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is good, and the room is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The outdoor pool is a great bonus! Service was a bit slow, but overall, everything was excellent!

A very decent hotel for business trips and meetings with partners. Excellent service, good standards - we will definitely return. Recommended.

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms. The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited. The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it. Breakfast is great though.

The location is excellent, right in Republic Square, bustling at night. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the Yerevan Cascade, perfect for an evening stroll. As it's a historic building, the rooms have a charming, vintage feel. The bedding is new and the cleanliness is good. The coffee shop in the lobby is also very nice.

Located right on Republic Square in Yerevan, the hotel itself is a landmark and incredibly convenient for transportation. The surrounding amenities are also excellent. The hotel itself is decent, though not a top-tier Marriott room type. If you're not booking a premium room, I highly recommend getting a room with executive lounge access for better value.

We chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation. It seems like they have a huge influx of guests in the summer, because our room wasn't cleaned for 2-3 days, and towels weren't changed even when we requested it. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. For now, I don't feel like returning.

+ The location is right in the city center; the breakfasts are delicious; the reception desk is quick to respond, and check-in was fast. - They didn't help with our suitcases (we had to carry them to the room ourselves); the cleaning staff decided to wake us up early on check-out day (8:30 AM) so we could vacate the room for cleaning; we weren't on the list for breakfast, but thankfully they found us later; when renting a Suite (two-room accommodation) for 4 guests, they gave the child a cot and made up a sofa bed for an adult that was only fit for torture! I do not recommend the suite for families!
