Hotel room was ok, clean and spacious, SAS is a stone’s throw away, service was ok in the beginning until on our 3rd night when AC had a leak, and staff were like giving an ‘i dont care attitude’ not too helpful and hard to communicate because of language barrier, they tend to be frustrated but not acceptable since they are dealing with tourists, they should learn how to speak English to be able to understand their guests

Best place for good price. SAS just in corner!

The location is convenient, with SAS and a large shopping mall with Carrefour next to it. The facilities are just okay, there is a small swimming pool, and the breakfast is simple.

This was our first time at Hotel Nacho. We arrived at 5 a.m. and didn't want to check in until 2 p.m. No problem, we were allowed to drop off our luggage. The hotel is close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance, with the bus and metro nearby. Contrary to what the website says, they speak English as well as Russian. We stayed for two nights.

The location is good. Breakfast is mediocre (it is better to have breakfast outside the hotel). There was no Wi-Fi on the first night, we tried to fix it - it didn't work. It worked only by lunchtime the next day. The pool and sauna are open and included in the price of accommodation. Not the best condition, but quite good!

the pool and sauna are especially wow) especially the sun loungers on the floor for relaxation and the men who go to the toilet by the pool in street shoes and clothes) they put my husband and me in a room with separate beds although we ordered a room with shared beds, they said there are none and the database automatically gave them this room and there is no way to change it (the admin was a woman) although there were many rooms on the websites, we came out of season, weekdays and only for 2 days. something like that but a very convenient location, a cool cafe around the corner, a store and currency exchange are also right nearby. there is only such a photo, from a cafe nearby

Convenient location, 18 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room is clean, warm, there are toiletries, toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, a robe and etc. We checked in at 3:30 am, the staff is polite. I recommend.

Good hotel, unfortunately we chose the wrong types of bed and slept on separate ones, but it didn't stop us There are decent varied breakfasts, clean linen Convenient location - close to Vernissage and Republic Square Recommended

The service attitude is not good. If there are rooms, they keep saying they are not available. They just recommend expensive rooms. This kind of marketing is very bad.

The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Opposite is the church. Next to it is the SAS supermarket, open 24 hours.

In this city, this kind of hotel is relatively new. Looking at other places, the price is expensive and not worth it. The service is very good and convenient. The food and accommodation are good. I will stay here again in the future.

The room is OK, quite new, very quiet, the food is good, the surrounding environment is good, there is a supermarket next to it, there is also an ATM where you can withdraw money, and there is also a park
