1. The location is east of the core area, about a fifteen-minute walk to the square. 2. Pros: Clean and tidy, a balcony is a great plus, and the front desk staff were very friendly. 3. Cons: The facilities are mediocre. There was no soap or razor, and bath towels were sometimes not replenished promptly. The disposable toothbrushes and tissue paper were of average quality. Overall, the facilities don't quite meet a four-star hotel standard. The restaurant didn't have milk, which was a significant drawback.

Recently visited the hotel and thought it was great, friendly staff willing to assist with whatever was required. Good breakfast with seating outside, very clean throughout, gym, jacuzzi , swimming pool, sauna, steam room all spotless towels and slippers provided. Will definitely be back. Thankyou

Everything almost good but the room the soundproofing is bad, if there have family live beside your room you can hear the baby cry.

The location is close to the Republic Square 10 mins walking, the sound insulation is bad, and there is a club nearby playing music loudly. The outdoor seating is nice and the decoration as well.

We stayed for three nights. We liked the location, the staff was polite and helpful, the breakfasts were good, the hotel was modern, and the rooms were clean. There's a spa area. We highly recommend it!

A gorgeous hotel with great service. They upgraded the room for free. The center of Yerevan is small - you can easily walk from the hotel to the main square, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and across the street - a vintage market. Breakfasts are a special love. I really liked it. The spa area is modest, but there weren't many people there)

The room was so-so. It's located in the city center, next to a park.

The hotel has a great location. Republic Square is 15 minutes away on foot. Breakfasts are varied, fried eggs are prepared upon request. Friendly staff. Beautiful view from the window.

Nice hotel and located close to the centre. Despite the hotel's high potential, there were some critical issues: - the first day we found some used underwear in the wardrobe and another day a wet rag on the bedside table; - there was almost nothing left to eat at breakfast (there was still 30 minutes to go); we had to complain and from the next day things improved; - the temperature in the room was not well adjustable; - in the SPA at 9.00 pm we found no towels and the sauna and Turkish bath were not functioning well (the first had no internal light and the second did not heat up sufficiently). Despite the complaints, the hotel manager did not think of giving us something to apologize in some way, but only tried to solve the problems (not always successfully). Attention to detail and customer care to be reviewed!

The room is good, but the service is very poor, especially the waiter who is not polite and laughs and sarcastically even though he has done something wrong. He needs to improve his quality. The environment is not very good either. The cars around are very noisy and the entrance is not designed properly, so we couldn't get in even after driving around for several times. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel if you are not familiar with the road conditions.

Excellent hotel with a great location. Special thanks to the staff, Ashot and Narina, for quickly resolving my issue. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Breakfasts are always hearty and fresh.
